Wang Qiuying, born in 1924 in Changchun, Jilin Province, his parents died when he was 3 years old, and then he was adopted by the Wang family in Tianjin, named Wang Yonghai, and later served as an actor in the Datong Troupe, Changchun Spark Drama Society, and the Liaoji Military Region Sub-district Propaganda Team. During his time at Datong Theatre Company, he took the stage name Wang Qiuying.
After the founding of New China, Wang Qiuying successively served as an actor in the Liaoning West Repertory Theatre and the Liaoning People's Art Theatre. Liaoning Renyi has produced many performing artists, such as the old dean Li Moran, as well as Wang Qiuying, Liu Wenzhi, Chen Ying, Zhao Fan, He Haiquan, Xin Wei, Song Guofeng and so on.

However, on January 24, 1984, Wang Qiuying died in Shenyang at the age of 60 due to ineffective medical treatment.
