Regularly organize the responsible persons of cattle industry professional cooperatives and large breeding households to investigate and study in the surrounding markets such as Kangle and Guanghe, comprehensively improve the healthy breeding technology, disease prevention and epidemic prevention knowledge, market sales experience, etc. of farmers through "external studies", convey the information of market research and investigation and study to the front line of breeding as soon as possible, cultivate the backbone of breeding technology of the joint party committee, carry out technical guidance on the problems existing in the breeding and production process, meet the actual technical needs of industrial development, and steadily promote the expansion and development of the cattle industry. Promote the transformation of "agricultural type" to "commodity type", create a cattle breeding demonstration village, create a brand of "Yaxia cattle collection industry", and take cattle raising as an important measure to increase farmers' income and enhance economic income. At present, 120 basic beef cattle are sold through the unified marketing model.
Increase forage reserves and encourage the combination of planting and breeding. Actively guide the transformation of traditional corn planting to feed corn planting, focus on promoting the formation of an industrial chain of forage corn planting, processing, packaging, and feeding, increase the improvement of feed corn varieties, mobilize large households to circulate land for forage planting, expand the planting area of forage corn, vigorously promote straw silage technology, improve the utilization rate of straw forage, and solve the problem of insufficient forage. At the same time, we will increase the intensity of planting grass in returning farmland to grassland and agricultural idle fields and wasteland, vigorously plant fine forage such as alfalfa and red bean grass, increase the total amount of forage feed, and provide forage guarantee for promoting the development of the cattle industry. At present, 48,000 mu of corn, 12,000 mu of alfalfa and red bean grass are planted in the area, and 7 forage processing points are planted.
