After graduating in 1992, I have worked in state-owned enterprises for 13 years, and 13 years of experience and work experience in different positions have established my self-confidence in "going out" from state-owned enterprises, and also laid a solid foundation for my development after joining Jinxin. On June 24, 2006, I had the honor of becoming acquainted with Jin Chengxin. At 35 years old, I am full of confidence and old age. In response to the company's call, I resolutely chose to come to Zambia, Africa, and worked for 13 years! Dedicate the best youth to Zambia!

The Humbles Copper Mine Project is the first foreign construction project of Jin chengxin, and the international development of jin chengxin "set sail" from here, and I also grew up here. From the district team management to the production manager assistant, from the production deputy manager to the project manager and party branch secretary, from the project manager to the deputy general manager of the business department, after unremitting efforts, my work has been continuously recognized by the company. As a project manager, during my time in Zambia, I actively explored effective localization management models, which provided a reference for future project management in other countries.

Participate in the construction of international projects and improve international project management capabilities. On August 3, 2012, Jin Chengxin signed a five-year infrastructure contract with KCM (Konkola Copper Mines), a subsidiary of VEDANTA Resources in India. I was fortunate to be appointed Project Manager in charge of the preparation and operation of the KCM infrastructure project. The project is the company's first truly international project, and is the first step for Jin Chengxin to go abroad and enter the international mining market.

During the three years that we have been in charge of the KCM project, we have worked closely with the owners, and among all the KCM contractors (including the KCM owners), our construction progress is the fastest, the efficiency is the highest, and the quality is excellent. Jin Chengxin's outstanding performance was recognized by the owners, and the project was expanded, gradually expanding from a single infrastructure contract to a mining contract, and the production area expanded from the south to the north. In the process of operating and managing the KCM project, in the interaction with Indians, Europeans and Africans, we have a deeper understanding of international mine project management, and our team's management ability of international mines has also been trained and improved, and these experiences have been fully reflected in the construction and management of other international mine projects such as Lubanbi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (KINC) area, and the Serbian area in Europe. We summarize experience in exploration, improve our ability in the process of practice, and achieve self-achievement in our work.

Rescue difficult projects, exercise and improve comprehensive ability. From 2013 to 2015, the production and operation of the Humble Hi project had difficulties for three consecutive years, and the owner was anxious about it, and the company attached great importance to it. On December 18, 2015, I obeyed the company's arrangement and was ordered to return to the Kenbich project to preside over the work and solve the problems in the production and operation management of the project. Due to the long working time in Humble Bich before, the personnel, equipment, site and owner of the Humble Bixi project are more familiar, and the problems existing in the Humble Bich project are also relatively clear, after a year of hard work in 2016, the Humble Bich project finally reversed the predicament. After another year of consolidation, improvement and optimization, in 2017, the Humbles project once again moved towards a stable and good development track, regained the owner's recognition of us, and my project management level and comprehensive ability were further improved.

On July 6, 2020, at the height of the epidemic, I once again responded positively to the company's call and went to Serbia alone. With many years of trackless mine management experience and good communication, coordination ability and organizational management advantages, after 3 months of hard work, with the strong support of the company, I and my colleagues worked together to make the Kinsey project on the right track and recognized by the owner. Because of this, I was left at Kinsey Project Company to preside over the work. At present, the scale of the Kinsey project has gradually expanded, and the safety, production and operation indicators will be excellent in 2021, which has won the praise of the owners. The project company was also rated as "Excellent Project Company" by the joint stock company, and I was also personally rated as "Excellent Project Manager" by the joint stock company.

As an international project manager, only by being familiar with the laws and regulations of the country where the project is located can we legally produce and operate within the framework of local laws and regulations.
