Hosted by the People's Government of Bao'an District of Shenzhen and undertaken by the Bao'an Administration Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, the pre-qualification meeting of "Bao'an Chuangye Road Business Avenue Planning and Urban Design International Consultation" was held on August 5, 2022 at the multi-functional 1 hall on the third floor of Antia Meilan Hotel, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
Dialogue with the world, international first-class Bay Area benchmark
Based on the work background and opportunities of Shenzhen to build an international consumption center city, build an international trade center city, a national civilization model city, a regional cultural center city, a world-class tourist destination city, a world-class advanced manufacturing city in Bao'an District, an international Bay Area Coastal City, a high-quality people's livelihood happiness city, and qianhai expansion zone and Xin'an into the core area of Shenzhen city, this international consultation will be based on the "Qianhai + Bao'an" block linkage, "old city + new city" stitch symbiosis, "intelligent manufacturing + service" innovation compound, "business + business" "Diversified and win-win work goals, the construction of a business avenue that concentrates on the prosperity and innovation of Bao'an City, and promotes the development of surrounding neighborhoods, builds a continuous urban vitality area, and achieves the overall positioning of "dialogue with the world, international first-class, and bay area benchmark".
The international consultation received a total of 21 application documents from 9 countries and 59 companies, including 32 Chinese mainland, 5 in Hong Kong, 6 in the United States, 6 in the United Kingdom, 3 in Germany, 2 in the Netherlands, 2 in Australia, 1 in Singapore, 1 in Sweden and 1 in France.
The moderator first introduced 7 experts from the prequalification committee and 2 representatives of the organizers of the conference, as well as the participants included Huang Wenhui, director of the Bao'an Administration Bureau of the Municipal Planning and Assets Management Bureau, Song Mingjiang, deputy director of the District Development and Reform Bureau, the District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the District Urban Renewal and Land Consolidation Bureau, the District Bay District Development Affairs Center, the Xin'an Street Office, and Mr. Zhang Limin, Chairman of Shenzhen Rijieruixin Urban Planning and Design Consulting Co., Ltd.
Subsequently, Director Huang Wenhui introduced the background of the international consultation and the expectations of the work. After listening to the introduction of the project overview, pre-trial methods, pre-examination points and suggestions on the pre-trial procedure by the project team of "Rijie Ruixin", the prequalification committee carefully reviewed and fully discussed the application documents submitted by the 21 participating units, and Deputy Director Song Mingjiang and Ms. Niu Ruiling of "Rijie Ruixin" gave detailed answers to the experts' questions. After several rounds of voting, 5 (unordered) shortlisted units and 2 (sorted) candidates were selected.
Pre-Trial Committee
The prequalification committee is composed of 9 members, including 7 experts Cai Ming, Chen Tieshen, Feng Hui, Song Jusheng, Yu Xiaofeng, Zhang Dou, Zou Bing and 2 representatives of the organizers (in alphabetical order of surnames), and the committee elected Mr. Zou Bing as the leader of the expert group.
