This is the 252nd distinctive traveler story pushed by Go.com
Guest of honor: Mullingley
Mu Linli, born in 1981, a native of Shanghai, currently works for a foreign airline. When I was a child, I had the idea of traveling all over the world, and I never forgot my original intention after I stepped into the workplace during the entire study stage, and after accumulating a certain social experience and having a certain economic foundation after working for a period of time, I bravely picked up my backpack for the first time in 2007 and embarked on a journey... Since then, more than 10 years have been like addiction, unable to stop the pace of travel, so far has traveled to most of the domestic provinces and four continents more than 40 countries.
Q1: Welcome to MullingLi, a travel expert from more than 40 countries on 4 continents around the world, to "Let's Go Have a Date", before starting the interview, please introduce yourself to the 4.5 million+ bar fans of the walking network.
Hello everyone, I am Mullingley, first of all, thank you very much for the fact that Walk.com can provide this platform for me to talk about my travel experience and views. I currently work for a foreign airline and, like most people, I'm an ordinary office worker who goes in and out of an office building nine to six.
My evaluation of myself is a pure travel enthusiast, in the travel I never think about how to bring goods, money, Internet celebrities and other things that have nothing to do with travel, I will only focus on the trip itself, the dedicated investment makes the trip bring me a lot of happiness and good memories; The meaning of travel to me is like an inexhaustible sweet well in my own backyard, whenever I feel unhappy, when YaliShan is big, go to this well to drink, and immediately be full of blood resurrection, in the best state to face new work tasks and life trivia again.
After getting married and having children in 2017, I had to focus my life on my family, so I had to slow down my travel, and in the past three years, due to the superposition of the epidemic, I had to cancel all travel plans. But none of this can extinguish my love of travel, and I look forward to another walk-and-go trip in the post-pandemic era after the epidemic subsides in the coming year.
Q2: As a post-80s, you have traveled to more than 40 countries in the world, it should be very difficult, can you talk about your travel experience?
Let's talk about the domestic part first, after all, any rookie is unlikely to put his first stop abroad in the context of the times, and I also think that traveling domestically has helped my personal travel experience, including personal safety, route planning, budget allocation and broadening my horizons, and can be said to be an indispensable part of my backpacker career.
I started backpacking in 2007, a year dominated by unpopular tours and group trekking, limited to Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces.
In 2008, I had the intention of changing jobs, so I made full use of the annual leave accumulated in previous years plus the gap between changing jobs in many provinces in China:
In February, Xiamen and Zhangzhou in Fujian and Chaoshan in Guangdong;
In March, the journey along the Yangtze River, starting from Chongqing and ending in Wuhan, was made;
In April, the C-shaped route across the three provinces of Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi, starting from xiangxi and passing through the southeast of Qiandong and ending in Guilin, crosses the three provinces of Hunan, Guizhou and Guangxi;
In July, starting from Xi'an and ending in Xining, the long-term line spanning Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu and Qinghai provinces lasted for half a month.
After 2008, due to coincidence, I took the footprint of my travel abroad, so I rarely deliberately went to China except for work and visiting friends.
And my first overseas trip did not arrive until the end of 2008, the reason is that I was working at that time and foreign pilots have more opportunities to communicate, sometimes inevitably with them about their travel experience, but often they will not be interested in these topics, and later I understand that they as the proud son of heaven, the world's famous mountains and rivers have seen more, and their own experiences are naturally not worth mentioning in their opinion. There was a Brazilian pilot in the fleet who was also very passionate about traveling, and I had a good conversation. He suggested that I should not always put the scope of travel at home, and go to the outside world to see more, your thinking will change a lot. ... At this moment, this teaching is like an empowerment, and the flame in my heart that goes abroad and embraces the world may be ignited at this moment.
Traveling abroad is like a high-end version of the domestic free travel, in addition to these factors that need to be considered in domestic travel, you also need to consider foreign exchange, language, visas, politics, folklore and other issues, I believe that many people who go abroad for the first time will more or less have these concerns before going abroad, and at that time, my own situation to go too far or the cultural differences are obviously not appropriate, so my first trip is placed in southeast Asia, and in this way in the travel forum to find the same period of companion information, Kung Fu pays off, one of the posts sent by a donkey friend in Guangzhou caught my attention, her route includes Vietnam and Cambodia, and the schedule is similar to me, can go two countries at a time is indeed very attractive to Xiao bai, and finally after a period of friendly exchanges on the Internet, I decided to go to Guangzhou and meet them, a total of 8 people took an overnight sleeper car to Guangxi Friendship Pass to exit into Vietnam, and my first overseas travel experience was opened at Friendship Pass.......
After having the first successful overseas travel experience, I also felt that outbound travel did not seem to be as difficult as I thought, even dangerous, so whether I posted and organized myself, or temporarily teamed up with others or even went alone, it came naturally.
The following is my experience of traveling abroad so far:
2008: Vietnam
2009: Cambodia
2010: India, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Israel, Egypt, Nepal, UAE
2011: Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Thailand, Myanmar
2013: Russia, India (second time)
2014: Bahrain, Iran (second time), Tunisia, United Arab Emirates (second time)
2015: Morocco, Western Sahara, Qatar, Pakistan
2016: South Africa, USA, Costa Rica, Panama, Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala
2017: Italy, San Marino, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Vatican City, Kazakhstan, Mongolia
2019: Malaysia (second time)
Q3: Everyone who loves to travel has a seed of travel dreams sprouting from the heart, do you remember the earliest yearning for travel and the experience of the first trip?
I remember when I was a preschooler, my relatives once gave me a world atlas as a gift, and at that time I was deeply attracted by the contents of this book, whether it was eating or going to the toilet, I did not leave my hand, and I watched it every day, so that as soon as I talked about five continents and four oceans in the classroom after school, I immediately came to the twelve points of spirit, what country is in what position on the earth, what the capital is called, what characteristics are like a number of family treasures, and have the title of "living map". While accumulating geographical knowledge, I also had the idea of when I could go to the places marked on these maps to find out.
In childhood, if there are small friends or classmates around the holidays, they are also very willing to sit down and listen to them share their travel experiences; They talked incessantly, and they could only listen with their eyes shining. It can be said that I am full of envy for the children around me who have better family conditions and can travel with their parents in winter and summer vacations, and this envy has run through my entire student days.
When I was a student, I never had a walk-and-go trip, although it was a pity, but at that time, in addition to no economic foundation, there was also heavy academic and employment pressure, I could only always bury this idea in my heart, hoping that one day this seed could grow into a towering tree.
After joining the work, I am more frugal in life, as much as possible to save up the income, to lay the economic foundation for the realization of my dreams for many years; The second is the choice of destination, because at that time I was completely a blank piece of paper, and the annual leave was also limited, so it was not suitable for traveling to popular places and long-term routes, so the first stop of my backpacking career was Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, near Shanghai.
Only because the Internet was not developed at that time, and my own route was too cold, and under the premise that the holidays had been invited, I could only rush on the road alone without finding a partner, although my family was very puzzled by my lone behavior, and the unknown of the journey had always been shrouded in my heart, but at that time, the love of travel, the pressure accumulated over the years, made me have the courage to go on the road at all costs.......
Climbing jianglang mountain, visiting the twenty-eight ancient towns, hiking Xianxiaguan, these are the summaries of my first backpacking trip, it can be said that my first trip was perfect for me who was still a little white at the time, and at the same time, I really felt how much difference between the understanding of the field and the understanding of the same thing by paper reading. Therefore, the truth that "it is better to read a thousand books than to travel thousands of miles" is immutable.
Q4: You once traveled around Asia for 10 months with a backpack and traveled to 20 countries, can you tell us about this trip, what are the most impressive people and things?
The term "naked words" is more modern, at that time, my behavior was also called "gap year", more popular in Europe, the United States and Japan and South Korea graduates, they usually in the first year of entering the society is not eager to go to work, but choose to travel around the world to train themselves, and then return to society after playing enough. That's why the backpackers I met when I went out were mainly post-85s.
First of all, let's talk about the cause of the whole thing, the reason why I chose to use naked words has a lot to do with the background of the times at that time and the company I was in; I was working for an international logistics giant at that time, after the 2008 financial crisis, the impact on the industry gradually appeared in the following year, many departments and employees were laid off, and the company's welfare to employees was also tightening, such as mandatory overtime, compulsory leave, etc., especially mandatory leave, so that all employees had to use up their vacations within 2 months, which is also my most unbearable, I think at least in a few years if I do not make changes, travel is a distant dream for me.
At that time, the society was far less tolerant of naked travel than it is now, and many people around me could not accept and understand my decision, even if I was self-reliant and completely dependent on my own ability to travel. I get a generally negative evaluation, they will think that you have no career pursuit, life goals are not clear, not motivated, greedy, waste of money... but at that time I thought that my career has encountered a bottleneck and urgently need to change, and after the first successful overseas trip, I am looking forward to the second time can come soon, based on these factors made me make the decision to quit the trip under great pressure at that time.
As for the choice of destination, almost 1 year before I resigned, I have begun to conceive and post online to find travel companions, after watching the forum of the tourism god Y Brother and Gu Yue's "Hitchhiking to Berlin", I am full of yearning for India and Pakistan, the Middle East, the Silk Road and other regions, and my travel destination is determined to be based on the whole of Asia, including the Middle East, the South Asian subcontinent, Southeast Asia and other places. Since my budget was low at the time and the cheap flights I could choose from were mostly concentrated in South and Southeast Asia, I also needed to consider the personal schedule of my travel companions, so my first phase of travel and other companions were finally determined to be India and Southeast Asia.
And the second stage of the trip I want to go further, after the first phase of the trip home I spent a month while exercising, while applying for the visa required for this stage, and this stage is mostly based on the Middle East, so I can only find a suitable travel companion in stages, everything is arranged in the Mid-Autumn Festival of that year to embark on a flight to Tashkent, until the following year after the Spring Festival to return to China, after the employment is also quite smooth, it took only one month to successfully find a position in the airline, What attracted me at the time was the convenience of the airline's welfare for travel.
Here's the final outline of my long-term trip:
End of June to end of July 2010: India (Trivandrum - Madurai - Cochin - Jaipur - Jotpur - Delhi - Amritsar - Agra - Varanasi - Kolkata)
End of July to end of August 2010: West Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur - Penang - Langkawi - Melaka - Johor Bahru) - Singapore - East Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu) - Brunei - Indonesia (Jakarta - Bandung - Yogyakarta - Boromo Volcano - Bali)
End of September-October 2010: Uzbekistan (Tashkent - Shiva - Bukhara - Samarkand - Tashkent), Turkey (Trabzon - Human Head Hill - Cappadocia - Konya - Ankara - Seljuk - Istanbul), Georgia (Tbilisi - Gori - Mtsketa)
November 2010: Iran (Tehran-Shiraz-Isfahan-Yazd), Lebanon (Beirut-Sidon-Balbek-Bibolos), Syria (Damascus-Palmira-Hama-Albebo-Bothra), Jordan (Amman-Petra-Dead Sea-Jerash-Moon Desert-Aqaba)
December 2010: Israel (Tel Aviv- Jerusalem), Egypt (Cairo - Aswan - Luxor - Alexandria), Nepal (Kathmandu - Badgang - Chitwan - Nagarkot), UNITED Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah)
January 2011: Sri Lanka (Colombo - Anuradapura - Kanti - Dambulla - Lion Rock - Chubu Mountain - Merissa - Galle), Bangladesh (Dhaka), Thailand (Bangkok - Chiang Mai - Sukhothai - Ayutthaya)
February 2011: Myanmar (Yangon - Inle Lake - Mandalay - Bagan)
And the person and thing that impressed me the most during this 10-month trip was my trip to Uzbekistan; Because the route was too cold, I didn't have any hope of finding a companion until I got on the plane, but when I boarded the plane in Beijing, I looked around, although it was almost the same Chinese but it was only for business reasons that I was on the same plane, but it was so coincidental that I noticed that the person sitting diagonally opposite my front row was holding a copy of "Lonely Planet" at that time, and I was wondering if he was the only traveler on the whole plane like me?
After getting off the plane with a fluke mentality, he hooked up, and sure enough, he was also a tourist, a Xiamen native, but engaged in Dell computer sales in Beijing; Because he was very interested in the Silk Road, he took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays to go to this unpopular country. And when he learned that I was also a tourist, he offered to go with me? I felt that it was really impossible to ask for it, there was no reason to refuse, so the two of us spent 10 days together in Uzbekistan, and halfway met the Spaniard Pablo, and the old Matthew from Australia, 4 people from 3 countries got together because of various coincidences, money and sweat stayed in the local area but took away joy and good memories.
So this thing also gives a great revelation, when you hesitate about a thing or are afraid of not having a companion, you will never be able to take a step, and when you take a brave step, you will feel that you will always find like-minded companions on the road.
Q5: Backpacking is an experience that many people yearn for, but it also tests the ability of travelers, design routes, visas, booking accommodation, etc., many things to consider, can you talk about your backpacking experience?
Generally speaking, whether long-term or short-term, I will start preparing at least half a year in advance. There are several important aspects:
Acquisition of pre-information: Any trip, whether you design your own route or follow others, it is not recommended to go on the road without doing any homework, otherwise the quality of the trip cannot be guaranteed, and many times the travel seems to understand the experience.
The early days of my travel were in the 00s, when the Internet was underdeveloped and there were no smartphones, and the accumulation of travel information mainly relied on reference to travel forum posts, watching documentaries produced by the BBC, DISCOVERY and other documentaries and the backpacker "Bible" of "Lonely Planet". With the development of the Internet, you can download all kinds of travel APPS to get the information you need, in addition to going out, joining various WeChat groups and QQ groups can also recognize all kinds of gods and travelers who can exchange information with you.
Destination selection and route design: On the basis of obtaining enough information, you can choose the destination you are interested in according to your own preferences, and use this to plan and design the route, mark several places you plan to go to on the map and focus on collecting traffic information between these points, commuting time; Then it is more reasonable to study how the next route is connected in series; In principle, try not to design the way back in the travel route, one is more time-consuming and laborious, and the other may also cause aesthetic fatigue. For example, in 2015, I designed it from Kashgar in Xinjiang to cross the border along the Karakoram Highway into Pakistan and then go south through the country until karachi, a coastal city in the Arabian Sea in the south of the country, as the end point.
Visa Processing:
Since the entry and exit policies of each country are constantly changing, this aspect must be done in detail before departure, in my personal experience, the following visa/entry permits can be summarized into the following categories:
Shanghai: Because I live in Shanghai, if the country I travel to has a consulate in Shanghai, I will choose to go to the visa application center in Shanghai, such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, South Africa, South Korea, the United States, and the European Union.
Beijing processing: And some visa materials are relatively simple, only because there is no consulate in Shanghai, can only be handled in Beijing, I will choose to mail or find an intermediary to handle, such as Uzbekistan, Turkey, Mongolia and so on.
Visa on arrival/visa-free: These countries only need to arrive at the airport or border crossing, free of charge or pay a fee to obtain an entry permit. The benefits of going to these countries can eliminate the cumbersome visa processing process, and in general, more and more countries are opening up visas on arrival to Chinese citizens. However, the policy changes every year, so those who have travel plans also need to accurately grasp the dynamics in this regard. At that time, I went to Cambodia, Cuba, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Georgia and other countries to do the visa on arrival.
Third country processing: The materials for applying for a visa in a third country are often simple and convenient, and in the case of a long line, the feasibility of the traveler's visa processing in a third country is crucial. Before I set off, I would deliberately collect this information and learn the details with the travelers I had handled before, such as I waited only one afternoon in Trabzon, Turkey to get an Iranian visa, and even more at the Guatemalan Embassy in Mexico City, I submitted the documents and paid the visa fee, and only waited for 10 minutes for the embassy officials to give me a visa with a smile. Of course, there were also more bad experiences, my Egyptian visa was applied for in Aqaba, Jordan, and it took 18 days to get it.
Conditional access to entry: After obtaining a U.S. visa, it becomes much easier to go to the Americas, enter Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico are all looking at the U.S. visa, and the same with the EU visa, even if the country is not a Schengen country can also enter with a Schengen visa, I entered Croatia at that time, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina is to show the Schengen visa.
Choice of accommodation: In terms of accommodation choice, I think it is the top priority of the entire travel planning, in the pre-smartphone era, I will refer to the accommodation recommendation in "Lonely Planet", first consider the location, followed by the price, and after the smart phone era, I generally look more at the APP to choose, but also the preferred location, the price is second, but also can consider the word of mouth. As for the choice of restaurant, I will generally find the nearest place based on the location of accommodation, and will also refer to the recommended locations and dishes of the APP.
Summarize and issue tickets: After completing all the above steps, I will generally build an electronic document summarizing all the information such as daily location, information, transportation, accommodation, etc., and print out other important reference materials to carry around. The final ticketing date is also based on this plan. So far, everything is ready only to owe the East Wind.
Q6: Many people think that travel is particularly expensive, especially travel abroad, if you backpack, how much does the daily cost cost, how can you better save money during the trip?
The daily cost depends on your travel destination and your own preferences and choices for accommodation and transportation. Over time, price changes will be very large, so it is difficult to give very accurate figures without any preconditions, generally speaking, the consumption index of developed countries is relatively high, and it is relatively difficult to travel poorly in these countries, while the majority of Asian, African and Latin American countries have a lower consumption index, usually most of the prices are lower than domestic, more suitable for poor travel.
In my personal experience, the following points are essential for saving money:
1. Choice of accommodation: It plays a pivotal role in the overall budget of the trip, the safety of the traveler, and the travel experience. For the choice of accommodation, I will first consider the location, try to choose the location of the middle point of the few points to go, so that most of the destinations in the center can be reached by foot, saving time and saving the cost of small transportation.
Secondly, most of the backpacking inns are B&B, Bed and Breakfast mode, both a bed and breakfast, the room you can choose the cheapest dormitory or Chase, generally cheaper than the price of single rooms, and the next day's rich breakfast, but also to save your meal expenses.
2. Traveling with a partner: It is recommended that travelers try to travel together, in addition to the routine operation of posting messages on the Internet to find travel companions, you can also temporarily partner in places where there are more travelers such as backpacker inns. In addition to the safety of traveling together is higher than traveling alone, the cost of food and accommodation and small transportation can also be shared together, and if the long-term line is taken, the travel expenses of travel alone and together will be more obvious.
3. Live like a local: This means that backpackers should live more like a local, such as eating or shopping as much as possible to avoid internet celebrity shops, or only for foreigners, tourists' consumption places, as much as possible to communicate with locals to discuss about restaurants and shopping options, choose the places they recommend. Usually under this operation, in addition to saving a lot of expenses, sometimes there will be a lot of unexpected gains waiting for you.
Q7: Having traveled to more than 40 countries, if you recommend a country that you think is most worth visiting, where would you recommend and why?
Many countries I have traveled are highly recommended, such as India, Indonesia, Iran, Croatia, South Africa and so on... But if I could only choose one recommendation, I would choose a small central American country - Guatemala.
I chose this small country for the following reasons:
1. Multi-faceted: Looking at the world, if you need to find a country with many historical sites, beautiful natural scenery, deep historical and cultural heritage, and rich products, there are only a few, even if there are generally large countries, but there is such a small country in the world that is the size of Zhejiang Province, including all the above elements, it can be said that it is the most appropriate condensed essence of the country.
2. Maya: Speaking of this word, many people think of this mysterious ancient civilization, the main range of activities of the ancient Mayans is in southern Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras and other places, in the astronomical calendar, divination and arithmetic have left a strong mark, and the modern Maya are still the largest ethnic group in the country, their costumes, folklore are very unique, it is worth folklore lovers to go to the field to study in depth. And although it is often awkward to communicate with the local Mayan natives, the kindness they show all the time can feel that this is a simple ethnic group. And the similarity of appearance to East Asians has brought each other closer together.
3. Monuments: This can be divided into two parts, mayan classical ruins and Spanish colonial ruins; Tikal, the largest city-state site in the ancient Maya, belongs to the former, this site is located in the northern part of the country rainforest reserve, belongs to the rediscovered ancient city-state ruins, which is very similar to Cambodia's Angkor Wat, but the current development and commerciality of the site is low can not be compared with Angkor Wat, in my own experience, do not join the group tour in this site reserve The risk factor is high, so it is still recommended to join the site scenic group tour in many aspects will be guaranteed. The ancient city of Antigua belongs to the latter, which was originally built in the 16th century as the former colonial capital of Central America. After independence, it served as the capital of the entire Central American Federation.
Strolling through the ancient city, you can see colorful colonial buildings with Moorish arches and promenades, and what is more exciting is that if you climb the Cross Mountain in the north of the city, you can overlook the panoramic view of the ancient city, and the Agua Volcano located in the south of the city can also jump into view, and you can't help but sigh that it is really a very Guatemalan picture: human history + natural scenery.
4. Natural scenery: The north of the country has a large tropical rainforest, the north and south ends have a lot of beautiful coastline, and the south-central part is located with a large number of active volcanoes, and for China, a country with few volcanoes, it is very attractive to climb on foot at close range or to view volcanoes from a distance. Here I would like to highlight Lake Atitlan in the middle of the country, the southern shore of the lake village San Marcos has the best view of the lake, the three volcanoes on the north shore of the lake, San Pedro, Toliman and Atitlan, and the lake water is exceptionally blue in good weather, and it may be more appropriate to call this lake Atit Blue Lake. Living by the lake will make you slow down involuntarily, as a traveler who walks in a hurry, I actually stayed in this palm-sized village for 3 days!
5. Rich in products: In addition to the world-famous Guatemalan Highland coffee, the country is also the largest exporter of jadeite outside of Myanmar, and the jadeite jewelry processed into a Mayan ethnic style belongs to the high-grade souvenirs for relatives and friends. In addition to coffee, emeralds, and mayan-style clothing and crafts are also well worth buying as souvenirs.
6. Team activities: The villages around Lake Atitlan are home to a large number of backpackers from all over the world, many of whom live for months. Therefore, the inn also organizes various team activities, such as water kayaking, volcano trekking, sassa dance, yoga and so on.
But what interested me the most was the Spanish teaching here, which is very affordable and can provide one-on-one, or one-on-two small stove teaching, and the classrooms are in an open pavilion. Teaching such as the intention of one day going down the long line of Latin America is particularly important, and many tourists will enter the Spanish language school in this good place for this purpose.
In addition, we need to thank the incorrect translation of the name of "Guatemala", which makes many people equate with this country when they talk about cliff pulling, which seems to be full of dangers. So much so that there are almost no Chinese tourists in the country. In fact, the more I travel, I know that there is no complete danger and complete safety in the world, the danger and safety are relative, and the danger to this country can only be felt in the capital of the country, Guatemala City, and other places with many tourists really do not feel any danger. The Taiwanese translation of "Guatemala" is not only a pronunciation but also a paraphrase, and people are a beautiful country with melons and fruits everywhere and horses pulling them around.
Q8: You are still an airline employee, does the convenience of work allow you to travel more countries and regions?
This is certain, the annual leave enjoyed by foreign airlines will be relatively more, and every year employees themselves and their families can enjoy a certain number of free tickets and unlimited discount tickets as employee benefits.
This also means that the vast majority of foreign airline tickets in the world I can buy at a very low discount, and in the case of a fixed budget, large transportation as the majority of travel expenses, this part can be greatly saved for my budget planning is very beneficial, I can put more budget on accommodation, small transportation, etc., the quality of travel has also taken a qualitative leap compared to before.
All I need to do is study the network map of each airline and the travel information of the intranet, select the places I am interested in, and plan the whole trip accordingly. Sometimes employee tickets have additional benefits to enjoy in addition to the more cost-effective features. For example, in 2017, the World Expo was held in Astana (now Nur-Sultan), the capital of Kazakhstan, and as long as the ticket to the country's airline Astana Airlines can be given a two-day expo ticket and present the Expo ticket at the time of entry, you can also get a 72-hour transit visa, eliminating the cumbersome process of applying for a visa for the country. Knowing that there was no reason not to go to the wool, he decisively booked the airline's staff tickets and added the visit to the Expo to the travel list of that year.
Q9: In the past three years, the blow to both the aviation industry and the tourism industry has been very huge, and the impact on you is not big, what travel plans are there after the epidemic?
Yes, the epidemic, especially in the first two years, has had a great impact on the global tourism industry, because I am not engaged in the air passenger transport industry, so the impact of the epidemic on my work is not large. The impact on individuals and families is relatively large, I have planned several parent-child trips in the past 3 years, and self-driving trips have had to be cancelled urgently before traveling because of the recurrence of the epidemic.
After the epidemic has passed, it is still mainly based on parent-child travel, and you can take your baby to the northwest region or Inner Mongolia to escape the summer in the summer, and you can go to Hainan, Xiamen, Beihai and other places to avoid the cold in the winter.
The good news is that the global tourism industry has begun this year, and the aviation industry is constantly recovering, making travel in the post-epidemic era a favorable international environment. After opening the door of the country, for me there will be more choices for parent-child travel, such as Japan, Indonesia, Tanzania and other countries are very suitable for taking children to travel.
Q10: Thanks to Mu linli for the interview with "Let's Go Have a Date", we hope that more travel experts can share their stories, and finally I would like to ask you to say a few words to the fans.
With the growing strength of the motherland, there are more and more people going out, and sometimes we will hear all kinds of unreasonable comparisons for travelers, such as how many places to go, how much goods to bring, how much powder to rise, how many large pieces to bake, and so on. And I think that everyone's cognition, experience, personality are different, and even the purpose of travel is not the same, which will cause the upper limit of each traveler to be high or low, and some people will start at the peak of others.
But I think that as long as you really love to travel, no matter what the upper limit of this person, you should encourage and praise. A traveler's travel experience or even his own should never be measured against such erroneous values as various so-called economic indicators.
As far as I am concerned, I have never been able to break through my own ceiling, due to various factors, I have been in the initial stage of travel of "collecting countries", and I also hope that in my future life, I can actively face my own way forward, expand my interests and circles, and learn more skills in the process of travel, so as to make myself more excellent, such as going to Egypt to learn diving, going to Guatemala to learn Spanish, going to Ethiopia to learn coffee making and so on.
In addition, travel has also given me infinite spiritual wealth and life motivation, although due to the epidemic and other reasons, I have no chance to continue to walk forward for the time being, but I have more time to look back and reminisce about my past, only to find that I have gone so much?
