1. Domestic weather situation
Yesterday, there was heavy rain in Henan Hebei Beijing and other places, and local heavy rain. From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, heavy to heavy rains occurred in northeastern Yunnan, northwestern Guangxi, Guizhou, central Sichuan, eastern Chongqing, central and western Hubei, Henan, shandong and western Shanxi, Hebei, southern and eastern Beijing, heavy rainstorms in Guangxi Baise, Henan Luoyang and Hebi, Beijing Chaoyang and Tongzhou, and 180 to 262 mm in Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui and other places in Hebei; The maximum hourly rainfall in some of the above areas is 50 to 97 mm, and the local area of Jincheng in Shanxi is 122 mm.
In addition, yesterday, the high temperature weather in Jiangnan, South China and Xinjiang continued, and the maximum temperature in parts of Zhejiang, western and northern Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, southeast Hubei and other places was 38 to 40 °C, and the local areas of Lishui and Jinhua in Zhejiang were 41 to 42 °C.
2. Foreign weather situation
Strong precipitation occurs in New Zealand, India and other places: the Indian Peninsula, Southeast Asia, the Japanese Islands, New Zealand, West Africa, Eastern Canada, the Eastern United States and other places have moderate to heavy rain, localized heavy rain, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
High temperatures in the United States, West Asia, Central Asia and other places: the western and southern United States, northern Mexico, West Asia, Central Asia, North Africa, southern Europe and other places have a high temperature of more than 35 °C, of which, the southern United States, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Niger, Spain, Arabian Peninsula, Iraq, Iran, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other places have a daily maximum temperature of 38 ~ 42 ° C, locally more than 44 ° C.
Second, key weather forecasts
1. Domestic key weather
(1) There is heavy rainfall in the northeast region and other places
From the 28th to the 29th, there will be moderate to heavy rain in southeastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Hebei, Huanghuai, northeast China and other places, and heavy rain in some areas, and local heavy rainstorms; Some of the above areas are accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation, local thunderstorms, strong winds or hail.
It is expected that from 08:00 on July 28 to 08:00 on July 29, there will be heavy to heavy rain in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, southwestern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, western and northern Liaoning, central and eastern Shandong, northern Anhui, northern Jiangsu, eastern Hubei, northern hunan and western Hunan, and southeastern Guizhou, and heavy rainstorms (100 to 180 mm) in southeastern Inner Mongolia and western Liaoning. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 30 to 50 mm, locally more than 70 mm), and strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds or hail (see Figure 1). The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning of heavy rain at 06:00 on July 28.

(2) The high temperature weather in the south continues
In the next 10 days, most of the southern part of the mainland will continue to have high temperature weather, and around the 30th, the range and intensity of high temperatures in Jiangnan and South China will be reduced. From August 1, the high temperature range will expand to the north, and high temperature weather will also occur in Huanghuai, southern China, southern Shaanxi and other places.
It is estimated that during the day on July 28, most of the southern part of the mainland and Xinjiang along the northern Tianshan Mountains and the southern Xinjiang Basin, western Inner Mongolia and other places still have high temperature weather above 35 °C, of which the maximum temperature in most parts of Jiangnan, central and eastern South China, the Southern Xinjiang Basin, Turpan and other places will be above 37 °C, and the maximum temperature in central Zhejiang, central Jiangxi and parts of the Southern Xinjiang Basin and Turpan will reach more than 40 °C (see Figure 2). The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a high temperature orange warning at 06:00 on July 28.

2. Key weather abroad
(1) The United States, West Asia, Central Asia, North Africa, Southern Europe and other places continue to have high temperatures
In the next three days, the western and southern United States, northern Mexico, Brazil, West Asia, Central Asia, Southern Europe, North Africa, the Far East and other places will continue to have high temperatures above 35 °C, and the local maximum daily temperature can exceed 44 °C.
(2) There is significant precipitation in Southeast Asia, the United States, central and eastern Africa, and other places
In the next three days, there will be light to moderate rain in northern India, Southeast Asia, central Russia, central and eastern United States, northern Central Africa, and northern East Africa, and heavy rain or heavy rain in central Russia, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
3. Specific forecasts for the next three days
From 08:00 on July 28 to 08:00 on July 29, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, western Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, Liaoning, southeastern Hebei, eastern Henan, mostly Shandong, north-central Suwan, eastern Hubei, northern Hunan, and north-central Yunnan, among which there were heavy rains in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, central and western Jilin, central and western Liaoning, northern and southern Shandong, and northern Jiangsu, and there were heavy rainstorms (100 to 180 mm) locally. There are 4-6 winds in parts of the southern Xinjiang Basin and southern Hebei (see Figure 3). In the northern waters of the Yellow Sea, there will be southeasterly winds of magnitude 4 to 6 and gusts of 7 to turn southerly.

From 08:00 on July 29 to 08:00 on July 30, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of western Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, Liaoning, central and eastern Shandong, northern Jiangsu, eastern Anhui, and western Guangxi, and there was localized heavy rain (50 to 70 mm); There are 5-6 winds in parts of western Inner Mongolia (see Figure 4). In the northern waters of the East China Sea, there will be deflected east winds of magnitude 5 to 7 and gusts of 8 to rotate winds.

From 08:00 on July 30 to 08:00 on July 31, there was light to moderate rain in parts of Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, central and eastern Huanghuai, Jianghuai, northern and eastern Jiangnan, most of the southwestern region, Guangdong, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places, of which there was heavy rain (25-40 mm) in southern Sichuan and southern Yunnan (see Figure 5). There will be a wind of 6 to 7 and 8 gusts in the southern waters of the Yellow Sea, and a rotating wind of 6 to 7 and 8 gusts in the northern waters of the East China Sea.

Fourth, influence and attention
1. Pay attention to secondary disasters that may be caused by strong rainfall in Huanghuai, northeast China, and eastern southwest China, and be vigilant against the adverse effects of strong convective weather such as local mine storms, strong winds, hail, etc.;
2. Pay attention to the adverse impact of continuous high temperature weather in the southern region and the southern Xinjiang Basin of Xinjiang on energy supply, agricultural production and health and epidemic prevention, and pay attention to the development trend of meteorological drought.
