China News Network reporter Zhang Wei

Wearing a pink scarf, two thick and black braids on his shoulders, extending to his waist, he smiled lightly, and a deep dimple appeared on his cheek...

When I first saw Farah, she was permeated with the warm sunshine of a Mongolian woman, and as the fourth generation of the traditional production skills of Chagan Yide (dairy products), she talked about her dreams, laughing, tears, and more hopeful.

In 1969, Farrer was born in the Horqin Grassland of xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and her grandmother was a famous milk food maker in the tushiyetu prince's mansion.

"Grandma told Grandma that Mongolian dairy products must be passed down well." Under the careful teaching of her grandmother, Farrer learned to make milk food with her grandmother and mother from an early age.

Farrer is the favorite of the 9 siblings chagand, and the dream of preservation and inheritance has never changed. "When I was six or seven years old, I carried the small milk bucket that my father made for me, went to milk the cow every day, and slowly learned to make milk tofu with my mother."

"After natural fermentation, stirring, precipitation, cooking, shaping, drying and other traditional processes, more than a dozen pounds of milk can be made into 1 kilogram of milk tofu." Farrer introduced the preciousness of dairy products to reporters.

In order to get Mongolian dairy products out of the grasslands, Fara, who grew up in a pastoral area, began to learn Chinese at the age of 30, followed her Relatives who could speak Chinese to the city to sell milk, bought a Mongolian-Chinese dictionary and "went to class" with her son who had just started kindergarten...

"When I was a child, I thought, when I have money, I will open a dairy processing factory." In 2012, Farrer borrowed 100,000 yuan from her savings and started her first dairy store.

In 2014, Farrer's dairy products won the grand prize in the "China Xing'an League, China-Russia-Mongolia International Food and Culture Festival", and she finally ushered in the spring of realizing her dreams, she said: "There are more and more customers. ”

In 2015, what was once a 60 square meter shop developed into a dairy cooperative with a 500 square meter factory. Today, it is possible to make more than 30 kinds of self-created dairy products such as milk skin, cheese, butter, uzhimo (cream), yogurt, etc.

"Whether I earn money or not, I must let the handicraft of making dairy products in Prince Tush Yetu's mansion be passed on, and let us go out with the dairy products of Manglai Gacha." Bringing local herders to get rich together is Farrer's long-standing belief.

In the development model of "party branch + company + cooperative + farmer and herdsman" in the middle banner of Keyou Zhongqi Dai Chintara Sumu, Farrer as the leader leads the herders on the grassland to get rich together.

Farrer collected high-quality cattle milk from Gacha and surrounding pastures into the cooperative and recruited herdsmen sisters to work in the workshop. "Now there are more than a dozen employees, and their monthly income can reach 30,000 to 40,000 yuan at most."

At present, Farrer's dairy products sales network throughout the country, some products are exported to Mongolia, Japan, Russia and other countries.

Today's Farrer can not only introduce her dairy products to customers in fluent Chinese, but also learn to use self-media to open e-commerce sales channels.

In the past 10 years, Farrer's dairy products have reached a maximum annual sales volume of 5 million yuan.

In 2020, Farrer was named the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of the dairy production process of Xing'an League, and she felt that the responsibility on her shoulders was even heavier.

"This year, more than 450 people came to me to learn the dairy production process of the royal palace, and I hope that more people who like dairy products will learn and pass on this craft better." Farrer laughed, her eyes twinkling like stars.

Over the years, Farrer has been hurt, saddened, and even lost her son twice in order to realize her dreams... Even so, she still went all the way forward, "When I'm 80, I'll still stick to it." ”

Hua La, Chinese means flower. Today, this flower-like woman is struggling on the Horqin grassland, letting the frankincense waft into the Wanjia family. (End)
