The Daily Mail reported on July 22 that the Australian Federal Police recently launched a raid on an inland town in Queensland and arrested the leader of a Colombian crime syndicate.
Police said the man had opened a "cocaine school" in the town to teach local people how to make drugs.
On Thursday night, police seized a large number of drug-making equipment in Dunrong, Sunshine Coast. Police said the materials and equipment seized were sufficient to make hundreds of kilograms of cocaine.

Police said the two men intended to teach others how to hide drugs during travel and how to make cocaine.

At around 7pm on Thursday, police first arrested a 38-year-old man from Sydney and seized 10kg of cocaine from the back seat of his Volkswagen pickup truck.
The man tried to bring the drugs back to Sydney and was stopped by officers at a gas station in Newcastle.
Meanwhile, police have also arrested a 31-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman in Brisbane and a 35-year-old man on the Gold Coast.
