Recently, many places in the United Kingdom have ushered in high temperature weather. The British Weather Service issued the first ever red warning of abnormal high temperatures on the 15th. The Met Office expects the unusually high temperatures early next week to affect much of England, including London, with a maximum temperature likely to reach 40 degrees Celsius, setting a record for a maximum temperature in the UK at 80 percent.
