Introduction: This variety is based on the orange mutant obtained from the hybrid offspring of the purple shell color and black shell long oyster in 2011 and the shell orange breeding line obtained by the target trait of orange shell color and shell height, which has been selected by 3 consecutive generations of family breeding and 5 generations of group selection as the mother, since 2014, based on the long oyster "Haida No. 1" and the selection line with the target shell height trait and the selection of 6 consecutive generations of groups as the father, cross-fertilization obtained F1, that is, the long oyster "Haida No. 4". Under the same culture conditions, the 10-month-old body weight increased by 62.5% and the survival rate increased by 11.5% compared with the mother; Compared with the parents, the 10-month-old weight increased by 12.2% and the survival rate increased by 16.6%. It is suitable for breeding in artificially controlled water bodies with water temperature of 5-28°C and salinity of 20-35 in the Yellow Bohai Sea region of mainland China.

Introduction: This variety is based on a group of 2150 individual long oysters collected from Aoshan Bay, Qingdao in 2011, with the shell height as the target trait and the diploid long oyster breeding line obtained by six consecutive generations of group breeding as the mother; The tetraploidy breeding line of the long oyster after the preparation of tetraploidy by cell engineering breeding technology and the target trait of shell height and obtained by continuous 6 generations of population selection is the triploid F1 obtained by hybridization, that is, the "frontier No. 1" of the long oyster. Under the same culture conditions, the 14-month-old shell height increased by 15.4% and the weight increased by 16.8% compared with the mother; Compared with the parent, the 14-month-old shell height increased by 20.2% and the weight increased by 22.4%; Triploid magnification is 100%. It is suitable for breeding in artificially controlled water bodies with water temperature of 5-28°C and salinity of 20-35 in the Yellow Bohai Sea region of mainland China.

Introduction: This species is based on the female (XX) of the cock-billed mandarin generation harvested from the Jiayu River section of Hubei Province of the Yangtze River in 2010 and with the target trait of body weight, after four consecutive generations of group selection and one generation of heterologous female nucleus development, as the mother, and the physiological male fish (XX') obtained by the sex control technology to induce female nuclear development of the cock-billed mandarin,000 as the father, and the F1 obtained through mating and reproduction, that is, the "Wunong No. 1" of the warp-billed mandarin fish. Under the same culture conditions, the weight of the 7-month-old mandarin increased by 22.0% compared with the unselected mandarin fish, and the female rate was 99.7%. It is suitable for breeding in artificially controlled freshwater water bodies with a water temperature of 22 to 30 °C on the mainland.

Introduction: This species is based on the rainbow trout female (XX) introduced from North Korea and the United States in 1959 and 1983 and with the target trait of weight, through two consecutive generations of family breeding and 2 generations of female nuclear development, and the physiological male (XX′) obtained by the female nucleus to induce the development of the rainbow trout generation by sex control technology as the father, and F1 obtained through mating and reproduction, that is, rainbow trout "all female No. 1". Under the same culture conditions, compared with the unselected rainbow trout and rainbow trout "Water Family No. 1", the weight of the 22-month-old was increased by 19.3% and 10.2%, respectively, and the female rate was 96.7%. It is suitable for breeding in artificially controllable freshwater water bodies with a water temperature of 7 to 20 °C and dissolved oxygen of more than 6 mg/L in the country.
