Recently, the Chengye South Road (Caixia Road - Torch Avenue) project and the Guanshan River (New Crown River - Xujiahe) project passed the completion acceptance.
Chengye South Road (Caixia Road - Torch Avenue) project
Chengye South Road (Caixia Road - Torch Avenue) project from Caixia Road in the north to Torch Avenue in the south, the total length of the road is about 920 meters, the width of the road red line (standard section) from Caixia Road to Xiaowen Road is 16 meters, and the width of the road red line (standard section) from Xiaowen Road to Torch Avenue is 20 meters. The road is graded as an urban spur road with a design speed of 40 km/h.
The completion of the project has further improved the traffic road network in the Guanshan area, facilitating the travel of residents and promoting the development of surrounding businesses.
Guanshan River (New Crown River - Xujia River) Project
The Guanshan River (Xinguan Yihe - Xujia River) project starts from Xujia River in the west to Xinguan Yihe River in the east, with a total length of about 1100 meters, the planned river surface width is 20 meters, and the width of the green belt on both sides is about 10-15 meters. The project started in July 2021 and completed the full river in January 2022, five months ahead of schedule.
Guanshan River Project is a practical project for people's livelihood in Binjiang District, which is an important infrastructure project to open up the water system around Guanshan Mountain and provide regional flood control and drainage functions, which improves the urban flood control and drainage system and improves the overall ecological environment of the block.
The water system is "alive" and the ecology is "beautiful". "It used to be a dirty little ditch, but now it's really different, the water quality has improved, the greenery has increased, and children have to come here every day to play." Ms. Wu, a resident who is walking the bend, is full of praise for the completed river.
The water is clear, the shore is green, safe and pleasant, and the Guanshan River has beautiful scenery after completion, which not only realizes the free flow of living water, enhances the regional flood control and drainage capacity, but also enhances the overall landscape effect of the Guanshan Block.
