Subcommittee on Women's Reproductive Medicine
The Outline for the Development of Chinese Women (2021-2030) proposes that women's health is an important cornerstone of national health, the premise foundation for sustainable human development, and an important part of achieving the strategic goal of "Healthy China". We should focus on the main issues currently facing the field of "women and health", with the goal of continuously improving the quality of life and health of women, preventing and controlling malignant diseases that endanger women's health, reducing maternal mortality and improving women's reproductive health, and paying more comprehensive attention to women's physical and mental health. On June 10, 2017, under the strong promotion of Professor Jiang Hui, President of the Chinese Society of Sexuality, the Female Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Sexuality was established, aiming to unite well-known experts in the field of reproduction across the country, improve the theoretical and technical level of practitioners in the field through academic exchanges, scientific research collaboration, technical training, and science popularization, popularize women's reproductive health and eugenics knowledge, and further promote women's health throughout the life cycle.
Build a platform and promote cooperation
From the initial establishment of the group to the formal establishment of the Female Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society of Sexology, under the leadership and support of the Chinese Society of Sexology, under the efforts of Chairman Shen Huan and the vice chairmen, cohesiveness, pragmatic and dedicated, give full play to their own academic resources, using the academic platform built by the Society, from clinical diagnosis and treatment, laboratory technology, assisted reproductive technology, reproductive surgery and new progress in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and other aspects of academic exchanges, in the activities, many experts and scholars reached cooperation on clinical topics of common concern. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the academic work of the branch has continued, and with the support of the society, it has cooperated with Shuangwei.com to carry out various academic activities online, relying on Shuangwei's strong technical support and professional platform services, realizing the seamless connection between information technology and high-quality academic resources, which has been unanimously praised by experts and scholars.
