The Las Vegas Summer League continued, with the Magic beating the Kings 94-92 in overtime. Banquero had 23 points, six rebounds, six assists and four steals, and he delivered assists in overtime. Kings No. 4 show Kiegan Murray scored 20 points.
Nemias Keta scored eight points in the first quarter, Jared Rodden dunked twice, and Kirgan Murray and Keane Ellis scored two three-pointers to give the Kings a 23-18 lead in the first quarter. Ban Kairo played well, stealing, assisting, fouling, dunking, but he made three turnovers in just 45 seconds at the end of the quarter, and had 9 points, 2 steals and 4 turnovers in the first quarter.
In the second quarter, the Magic's Xavier Simpson, Justin James, Caleb Huestan and others played an 8-0 start to the score. The Kings responded with a 7-0 run, with Admir Schofield scoring nine straight three-pointers and the Magic blasting a 13-0 lead of eight points. Keegan Murray made a free throw and Banchero broke through in response. Murray assisted on Rodden's dunk, Keane Ellis hit another three-pointer, and the Kings trailed 42-44 in the first half.
In the third quarter, Ban Kairo came up to break through the layup and make a free throw. Murray returned the favor for a three-pointer and also caused a malicious hampton-level foul. He led the Kings to equalise multiple times. In the end, Hurstein hit three consecutive points, and the Magic returned to a 12-2 finish, leading 70-59 in the third quarter.
With 5:26 left in the fourth quarter, Hampton's dunk helped the Magic lead by as many as 18 points at 82-64. Ellis then scored two three-pointers, Kota made a 2+1 layup, Kota and Rodden scored four consecutive free throws, and the Kings hit a 13-1 climax in just three minutes to chase a six-point difference. Hampton made a layup to stop the bleeding, but Kota and Ade Mokai won consecutive baskets, and Magic's Alem Ford made two free throws in the last seven seconds to help the team lead by six points.
Then a miraculous scene occurred: first Kota hit a three-pointer, then Murray stole Banqueello's serve, and finally hit a 3-pointer in the last 0.2 seconds, and the game reached 87 draws and entered overtime.
With just 2 minutes to go in the first overtime, Bencaro threw a shot, Kota responded immediately, and Kings Ellis scored three points, but Cannadi equalized in the final 6 seconds to make a foul and three free throws, and Emmanuel Terry blocked Ellis's layup and entered the second overtime.
The second extra time was a sudden death system, with whoever scored first won. Ban kairo was cut, but he then blocked Keta's dunk. Ban Kairo got the rebound and pushed forward, broke through, attracted the bag clip, assisted Terry in the air cut to complete the kill.
BanChero had 23 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals, 8 turnovers on 15-of-15 shooting, Scoolfield 14 points, Hampton 13 points, Cannadi 10 points and Terry 6 points and 9 rebounds.
Ketta had 23 points and eight rebounds on 8-of-12 shooting, Kigan Murray had 20 points, nine rebounds and five turnovers, Ellis had 15 points and Roden had 10 points.
