With the theme of "Cherishing the Water of Life", this year's painting competition guides children to establish a good sense of environmental protection from an early age and protect the natural ecology and precious water resources. The competition received nearly 10,000 works from China, the United States, France, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Australia, Brazil, Paraguay, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Brunei, South Africa, Canada, Germany, Spain, Portugal and other countries, as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. After the preliminary evaluation and re-evaluation of the evaluation committee, a total of 5 special prizes, 10 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 30 third prizes and more than 500 excellent awards were selected. Liu Xiwen, a student at the No. 3 Primary School in Xinyuan County, Xinjiang, spoke on behalf of the winners. In her work "Tears of Mother Earth", the beautiful and rich Mother Earth is like a calm, gentle fairy, she closes her eyes and sadly sheds tears from clear to dirty. Liu Xiwen uses colorful trees to express the dense and colorful hair of Mother Earth, while showing the relationship between water and nature and human beings through the change of tear color from blue to black.

"I want to use this painting to tell you that water is the source of all things, and without pure water, there would be no living things, let alone human beings." Li Zijian, a famous painter and director of The Li Zijian Art Museum, praised this is a precious "children's art exchange event", with nearly 300 award-winning works selected from thousands of award-winning works in the five competitions.
