On the morning of June 29, Qiu Qiwen, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and director of the United Front Work Department, walked into West Lake University to preach the spirit of the 15th Provincial Party Congress to teachers and students. Qiu Qiwen comprehensively and systematically interpreted the spirit of the 15th Provincial Party Congress. He pointed out that the 15th Provincial Party Congress is the first Party Congress held in Zhejiang on the new journey of entering a high-level comprehensive construction of socialist modernization, high-quality development and the construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone, which is of great political and strategic significance. The report of the party congress comprehensively considers the "great power of the country" and the mission of Zhejiang, contains the ideological soul, points out the direction of progress, stimulates the strength of endeavor, and indicates a better future, systematically expounds Zhejiang's political position, political mission, goal of struggle and strategic path, and depicts the grand blueprint of Zhejiang in the next five years or even longer.
