Today was an extraordinary night for me. Because in this area that once made me want to escape, I found a reason that would keep me going and support my return to my hometown— a basketball court. This is what I heard a colleague say yesterday, and I would like to thank this colleague very much! The basketball court is in a small area, although it is not very large, only one and a half, but it is enough, at least a small world that can bring me joy.
Walking with the basketball on the way to the basketball court, I was worried all the way: thinking about how to blend in later, whether to say it directly or find some other reason. When I arrived at the door of the community, it seemed that today's good luck was all on my side, and the security brother saw me holding a basketball and asked: "Have you come to play?" I answered, and he opened the door. Wow, I was so happy at that moment.
When I walked in the community and looked for the basketball court, my whole body was half walking and half jumping, and I felt that the gravity was much smaller. I had no choice but to come to this neighborhood, and finally under the guidance of a beautiful little sister, I found the basketball court. There were already a few people in the basketball court, and this moment was the happiest moment I've had in nearly a month, it was the feeling of finding a sense of belonging, and I believe that my friends who played football can understand my thoughts. After playing for nearly two hours, I was very tired before returning to the company. On the way back, I was still planning to have time to come every day in the future.
Sometimes it's just a small thing that makes you happy, but it's enough to make you see a glimmer of hope in your ordinary life. And the basketball court is my little hope! I also hope that no matter what situation you encounter, you will not be discouraged, and you will always find your own side of the world, even if it is too small to hold yourself.
