This is a very classic St Julian wine with aromas of violet, berries, blackcurrant and gravel. Medium to full-bodied, with a velvety texture, the tannins are delicate and powdery, stretching into a long and complex aftertaste. The wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot grapes.
Jeb Danak: 94-97 points
The 2021 Lefbaufer Estate wines are a wonderful one, fully embodying the characteristics of the 2021 vintage. Based on 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Merlot, the wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Flavours, with an alcohol content of 14% abv, a Total Polyphenol Index (IPT) of 78 and a PH of 3.85. The wine has a deep fuchsia color, medium to full body, rich and concentrated taste, pure blackcurrant, violet and spicy wood aromas, tannins ripe and well-balanced structure. This wine has a better richness and depth than other wines in the 2021 vintage, and there is no doubt that this wine will bring great pleasure and enjoyment to people in the next 20 to 25 years.

The 2021 Loaf Paufi Estate Red Wines show considerable potential, with sweet aromas of berries and plums intertwined with hints of spices, licorice, petals and a hint of cream in new oak barrels.
