When the front guide passed the bend in the Yongfu area near Lingtou, it found that a highway bureau shuttle bus was coming down from the mountain in front of it, and just stopped to pick up and drop off passengers when passing the stop sign.
Just when the front guide car was about to rub shoulders with the shuttle, a military jeep suddenly rushed out from behind the shuttle to take the road to overtake, and when the current guide car and the jeep were going in opposite directions, the pilot driver suddenly fell into a panic, because there was no way to avoid this disaster, and the only thing that could be done was to brake and try to intercept the jeep and protect Chiang Kai-shek's safety.
However, due to the speed of driving too fast, when the leading car braked, the driver of Chiang Kai-shek's special car failed to react, and suddenly shook the rear of the front guide car, and the impact of that moment directly flew the Chiang Kai-shek couple in the car.
Fortunately, the two guard cars in the back braked the car in time and did not cause a series of collisions, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable, and when the guards got out of the car to check the condition of Chiang Kai-shek and his wife, the scene was simply unbearable.
Chiang Kai-shek, who was originally sitting in the back row, had been thrown to the front row, colliding with the bulletproof glass partition, the crutches in his hand had been broken, two rows of false teeth were scattered in the carriage, and Chiang Kai-shek was covering his crotch and wailing when he opened the door.

So Chiang Kai-shek asked Deputy Qian to bring a glycerin ball to stuff it into his anus, and soon after Deputy Qian withdrew from the toilet, he heard an exclamation and rushed to the toilet to check it out, only to find that Chiang Kai-shek not only did not defecate but also shed a lot of blood.
Deputy Qian hurriedly helped Chiang Kai-shek to the bedroom and found a doctor to diagnose him, and it turned out that it was because of the ulceration of the anus muscle caused by Deputy Qian's improper operation, which caused heavy bleeding.
When Chiang Kai-shek learned of this, he was furious and immediately ordered his deputy Qian to be locked up, and in order not to make a noise, he directly put Deputy Qian in a confinement room in the official residence, and thus Qian began a five-year imprisonment.
After the bloody stool incident, Chiang Kai-shek's symptoms of panic became more serious, and he was even often suspicious of ghosts, suspecting that there was something wrong with his body, and the heavy psychological burden led to his symptoms of blood urine soon after.
When Chiang Kai-shek saw that his little one was blood-colored, his blood pressure came up in an instant, and he almost fainted in the toilet in front of his eyes, and in a panic, he quickly called the attendant to take a urine sample and send it for testing.
The doctors and experts knew what was going on at a glance, and the sequelae left by the previous treatment of prostatitis became more and more serious, but there was no good way to cure it, in order not to let Chiang Kai-shek worry in vain, he had to appease him that this was a normal phenomenon.

In the spring of 1972, Chiang Kai-shek took his wife Song Meiling and his entourage to Sun Moon Lake for a vacation, and since the detection of the hardening of the elderly arteries, the adjutants around him have been inseparable, always ensuring his safety.

Chiang Kai-shek felt that his life was imminent, so he desperately wanted to put his son Chiang Ching-kuo in the position of president, but after several pushbacks, Chiang Kai-shek was elected president, so he had to first recommend Chiang Ching-kuo as the chief executive.
However, this decision was opposed by Song Meiling, who recommended her nephew Kong Lingkan as the chief executive, and had close relations with the so-called "Lady Faction" (a high-ranking Kuomintang figure over the age of 75).
