During the period, he "fought" with the cadres and masses of Taoyuan Village, centered on consolidating grass-roots party building, improving infrastructure, implementing rural revitalization, etc., guided and helped 6 party branches in Taoyuan Village to create party branches that meet the standards for standardized construction, actively coordinated and fought for various special funds totaling more than 850,000 yuan, and implemented projects such as hardening of roads between villages, maintenance of dam ponds, and construction of sports activity centers for the elderly in Taoyuan Village, which won the unanimous approval of the masses.
After working in the county federation of trade unions, Huang Pichen followed the work requirements of "where there are workers, where there are trade unions", gave full play to his many years of experience in organizational work, and took effective measures to absorb the "eight major groups" such as large trucks, couriers, and takeaway workers into the trade union organizations to the greatest extent, expanding the coverage of trade union organizations.
