"Alchemy Of Souls," directed by Park Joon-ho, director of "Why Secretary Kim," is a fantasy love drama set in the fictional great lakes of the country where young warlocks who can manipulate the weather are set. The drama was written by the famous screenwriter duo Hong Sisters (Hong Zhen'en and Hong Meilan), whose previous works include the hit drama "The Lord's Sun", "Druna Hotel", "Best Love", "My Girlfriend is a Nine-tailed Fox" and so on.
Lee Jae-wook will play Zhang Xu, the old man of the Zhang family. Zhang Xu has a tragic background because the entire Great Lakes nation is whispering about the shocking secrets behind his ugly birth.
