If India now takes Bangladesh, there will be a huge number of Islamists in India again, and civil unrest will surely happen again.
At that time, India may face more serious problems, but face a situation in which the country will be divided again.
Third, Bangladesh is too poor, and India does not want it
If India wants to get this land, it naturally has to accept the people on this land.
But Bangladesh is poor, one of the poorest countries in the world.
And the number of people in poverty in the country is as high as 160 million.
If these people were incorporated into India, India would instantly add 160 million people to poverty, which is really terrible.
Even India, which values land, is unwilling to bear such a big burden.
Therefore, even if Bangladesh itself sends it to India's mouth, India will not want it.
