The second is to exceed the expectations of the Otter warriors. Zoffy had sent the Otter armed Three Otter warriors to Babel to stop the AbuSolyuth Titans, but he did not expect Thattalus to come, which led to such a fierce battle. Although Ultraman can send the Otter signature back to the Light Country to send creeps, they do not have the same as Tartaros, they can directly launch the portal to teleport the creeps, even if the creeps arrive, it is too late.
