She added that while Cambodia's return on investment has declined in recent years, it is still higher than in other countries.
At the same time, Chryk Soknim, president of the Cambodian Association of Appraisers and RealTors (CVEA), said that due to the continuous economic growth, Cambodia is still a hot spot with great investment potential, and the relevant prices in Cambodia are still low compared with land and labor in other countries, which can make it easier for international investors to earn high profits.
