Finally decided to completely update its own theater system a few days ago, replacing it with KK's flagship main speaker K700 pro and flagship three-way surround speaker KS700. In order to achieve the perfectly centered soundstage effect but still not affect the setting of the two channels on the spot, Mr. Tang decided to achieve a rare technological breakthrough: the upper and lower dual centering.
One would say, is it difficult to put the upper and lower doubles in the middle? Isn't it solvable to divide the signal line or horn line into two and connect two speakers?
This may be useful in the era of Dolby Digital HD or DTS HD, after all sounds theoretically occur on the same plane, but in the object-oriented generation, all "objects" in three-dimensional space are determined by three (or more) horns.
In other words, if speakers in different positions, and even at different distances to the ear, are to be used as "points" in the coordinate axis, they must be carefully calculated. And Mr. Tang introduced stormAudio Core 16 surround processing pre-level for this purpose!
StormAudio from France is one of the few brands currently available for home theater pre-processors with 24-channel or even 32-channel processing power.

The first four (left and right, mid-position*2) are held by KK flagship K700pro. The K700 Pro is characterized by precision, speed, and a large soundstage. It has four trebles for high frequencies above 3kHz, plus a patented conduit treble for mid and high frequencies. At the same time, there are three patented 3D Push-Pull-Pull-Pulsar push-pull structures composed of three 5.25-inch units to take charge of the low and medium frequencies. The low distortion and low frequencies produced by the catheter-type mid-treble and the 3D Push-Pull-Pulsar structure have lightning-fast reaction speeds. The StarkeSound A8 uses A+AB smooth switching technology, which is class A amplified at an output of 30 watts and switched to class AB amplification when exceeded.
The A8 is a fully balanced designed rear-stage amplifier. The so-called fully balanced transmission amplification is to decompose the input signal into two signals with equal amplitude and opposite phases, and then by two identical amplifiers, the signals with opposite phases are amplified to enough power, and finally resynthesed on the speaker load. Therefore, the components and performance of the two amplifiers should be strictly matched, and at the same time, the components used in a fully balanced transmission stage are approximately equal to two unbalanced rear stages, which shows the difficulty of designing and manufacturing the fully balanced rear stage amplifier. Therefore, it is recommended to use the XLR input to exert the amplification ability of A8 while avoiding external interference of the sound signal
The whole machine uses 12 large capacitors of 80V 8200μF and 4 high-speed rectifier bridge stacks to provide a steady stream of power for each channel. Due to the common power supply, when the A8 is only used to push 2 or 3 channels, the power supply current reserve is quite abundant, because that is enough power supply for 8 channels and 350W! In actual listening, the A8 also has an unexpectedly strong two-channel Hi-Fi performance, which is a good choice for Hi-Fi theater coexistence!
