The reporter learned that since its inception in 1994, the CMB competition has been guiding global consumers to choose high-quality wines. In order to further consolidate the fairness of the competition and ensure the strict standards of the competition, since this year, the CMB Grand Prix has been upgraded to a year-round group competition, that is, four independent judging sessions per year according to the four styles and categories of rosé, red/white wine, sparkling wine, dessert wine and fortified wine.
It is reported that this year's CMB White/Red Wine Competition was held in Cosenza, Italy, from May 19 to 22, and 310 international judges from 45 countries and regions blindly tasted nearly 7,500 red/white still wines from 40 countries and regions for 5 days.
Chinese wines achieved another great result, with 326 red/white wines from 7 major appellations in China and 141 medals, and Niya ranked first in the Xinjiang Appellation Gold Awards with 3 gold awards.
According to reports, sitting on the good terroir of China's first small wine appellation - Manas small appellation, the Sino-Portuguese wine industry is intensively cultivated and polished, and continues to deliver high-quality products to consumers.
