How the legendary Feng Shui ancestor repaid his savior

author:Uncle talks

In the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty, there was a famous ancient and modern feng shui master Lai Buyi, formerly known as Lai Fenggang. Because of his superb art of feng shui, he was personally named a national master by the emperor. He was jealous and hateful, and found that the dragon vein feng shui on the treacherous Qin Guizu was suppressed, and did not help him resolve it, nor did he help him further become the true dragon tianzi, thus offending Qin Gui, being framed, and being wanted by the whole country.

Lai Buyi, in order to escape the official government's wanted pseudonym Lai Fenggang, he found a secret place to rest during the day, and at night, he rushed to the Chaoshan area of Guangdong in the dark. Concerned about safety, he decided to take a boat to Chaozhou.

On this night, Lai Fenggang went to the shore to inquire. Knowing that there was a ship that was about to carry goods to Chaozhou that night, the owner of the ship saw that Lai Fenggang's chief Mei Qingmuxiu should not be an evil person, so he agreed to go with Lai Fenggang.

On the first day of the boat, Lai Fenggang was not very accustomed to the rocking of the ship, vomiting all day long, until the next day to adapt to some. Unexpectedly, the owner of the ship told Lai Fenggang a frightening bad news. He said that the sky ahead seemed to have a typhoon warning, the fishing boats were too late to come ashore, and everything had to be resigned to fate.

Sure enough, within two hours, the wind and waves began to get bigger and bigger, and the faces of the people on board changed dramatically. Lai Fenggang had never encountered such a situation, so he had to grab the rails and pray to the gods. Suddenly, a big wave pushes the fishing boat up, and then throws the fishing boat down fiercely. The fishing boat, which had fallen into disrepair, was shattered, and the people on board were drowned in the waves.

As soon as Lai Fenggang fell into the sea, he was unconscious. Fortunately, Lai Fenggang was very difficult not to die, and when he woke up, he found himself lying on the shore, surrounded by some rubble, and his whole body was in pain and could not move. He looked around without any guards or notices, and there seemed to be no one living nearby.

He tried to struggle to get up, but fainted again because of excessive hunger. When he woke up again, two people standing next to him asked, "Hey, you're not like our villagers here, where did you come from, how did you faint here?" Lai Fenggang's whole body was sore and weak, and he couldn't speak at all.

At this time, a woman sitting on a palanquin by the side of the road said to the person next to Lai Fenggang: "I see that you will carry him to the nearby Land Temple to rest, and then ask a doctor to see him later." Shortly after Lai Fenggang was carried to the Land Temple, a doctor came to see him. After pressing Lai Fenggang's pulse, the doctor told the woman who had been sitting in the car earlier that she had suffered a bit of wind and cold, and she had not eaten for a long time, which was why her physical strength was so weak.

After the woman listened, she ordered a domestic servant to follow the doctor to grab the medicine, and then took out a few pies for Lai Fenggang to eat. Lai Fenggang ate a few bites of the pie, and his mental condition seemed to be much better, so he began to speak. I took a boat in Chao'an County, originally I was going to Chaoshan, but unexpectedly there was a typhoon on the way, and after the fishing boat was blown over by the wind and waves, I was washed here.

After listening, the woman said: "Fortunately, your life is great, yesterday was my father's birthday, when I passed by the shore, I happened to see you, otherwise you would have starved to death on the shore." Lai Fenggang thanked her and asked her for her name, and the woman smiled and said, "This is a little help." Don't take it to heart. Then he told the servant to leave ten pieces of silver and a few large loaves of bread, and he left.

Lai Fenggang rested at the Land Temple for three days, and his physical strength had been fully restored. He asked the villagers who had saved him. The villagers told him that the rich man who saved you was the eldest daughter of Xu Chengweng in the village, she was kind, but unfortunately her fate was too bad, and less than three years after marrying into the Chen family, her husband died. Therefore, she was bullied by the clan, but her husband left some farmhouses and a son, which can be regarded as a great fortune in misfortune.

Lai Fenggang listened to the villagers and secretly calculated in his heart that he knew that a kind woman like Madame Chen would never accept his retribution. Therefore, Lai Fenggang set up a stall in front of the Mountain Temple, making a living as a squatter, and on the one hand, he also found an opportunity to repay Lady Chen's life-saving grace.

Although Lai Fenggang learned the art of feng shui. But there is also a slight study of the astrological view. So since the pendulum, the business has been quite good, and even some savings have been saved. On this day, he put away the stall and wanted to walk around the nearby hills. After all, the art of feng shui is his specialty.

Lai Fenggang spied on and learned that Lady Chen's ancestral grave was buried near Lushan, so he walked in the direction of Lushan. He saw that Lushan was shaped like a lion and belonged to the superior burial place, but unfortunately the location of the Chen family's ancestral tomb was not buried in the main cave. Lai Fenggang guessed that it may be that the original feng shui master's Taoism was too shallow, only saw the lion's body, and did not see the lion chief, so he buried the ancestral tomb by mistake.

Lai Fenggang thought to himself, now he can have the opportunity to repay Lady Chen's kindness. From this day on, Lai Fenggang walked around Chen Jiazhuang every morning with a hanging bell in his hand, hoping to meet Mrs. Chen by chance. The Emperor's heavens paid off. Half a month later, Lady Chen did ask Lai Fenggang to help his son Wen Bin tell his fortune. After Lai Fenggang saw Madame Chen, he hurriedly knelt down and said, "Madam, I am the person you rescued on the shore half a year ago, do not hide From Madame, my real name is Lai Fenggang, I am a national teacher currently wanted by the imperial court, last time I did not have the opportunity to repay your kindness, today I specially came to guide my wife, so that your son will become famous in the future." ”

Mrs. Chen suddenly saw such a person kneeling down to him, saying that she had saved him half a year ago, and she was at a loss for a moment. At this time, the servants who were nearby were busy recounting the situation of that day, and Madame Chen remembered this incident. Madame Chen said, "It turns out that Sir Is Lai Guoshi, I really don't know Taishan with my eyes, how can I stand your worship?" Lai Fenggang said, "The great grace of saving lives is simply to say thank you." I'm here to tell my wife about a cave.

Madame Chen was very happy and asked Lai Fenggang, could there be another famous mountain nearby? Lai Fenggang said that there are not many famous mountains here, only Lion Mountain is the best. Mrs. Chen felt strange after hearing this, saying that her husband's grave was buried in Lion Mountain.

Lai Fenggang said, "Yes, it's just a pity that the burial place is not the main cave of The Lion Mountain, so it is impossible to make a name for itself." The essence of Lion Mountain is located in the place of the Fierce Lion Ink Treasure. Madame Chen said with an embarrassed face at this time: "It has been many years since her husband was buried, and if he is reburied now, it is bound to cause gossip among the clansmen." ”

Lai Fenggang nodded and said, "You're right. It is only this matter that concerns Wen Bin's future, and we must eliminate difficulties before Wen Bin can raise his eyebrows. I had a plan, and I wondered if Madame was willing to cooperate. ”

Madame Chen said, "Everything is subject to the instructions of the Guoshi." Mrs. Chen's discipline of Wen Bin seems to be very strict, so Wen Bin is more sensible than children of the same age. However, since the last time Lai Fenggang came, Wen Bin has been unusual, often talking back with his mother, and even making a bunch of bad friends who are idle and idle all day, often going in and out of the casino at the end of the street together.

Mrs. Chen beat and scolded Wen Bin, and Wen Bin not only completely ignored it, but intensified it, often threatening to sell the farmhouse without money. When Lady Chen saw that Wen Bin had become so powerful and discouraged, she complained to the elders in the family.

Wen Bin recently made bad friends and often shouted at me to split up. Now that he is only sixteen years old, he does not know how to take advantage of his youth to study and make progress, so I think it is better to give all these family properties to the family, as if he were making some meaningful contributions to the ancestral hall and the locality.

When the people of the clan heard it, there was no reason why they would not agree to such a good thing. So after a period of discussion, Chen's parents were afraid that Mrs. Chen would regret it and said that they would make a note. Lady Chen made another request before setting up the document, she said: "Elders, in order to be afraid that Wen Bin will not incense my ancestors after my death in the future, I want to move my ancestors' graves to the vicinity of their ancestral tombs. In this way, when it is clear, it is also possible to light an incense on the grave of the ancestor.

The Chen family discussed it again, and seeing that Mrs. Chen had donated so much family property, she agreed to Mrs. Chen's request. In fact, these requests and Wen Bin's deterioration were all designed by Lai Fenggang. Because only in this way can the tomb of Lady Chen's ancestors be smoothly moved to the main cave of Lion Mountain.

When Mrs. Chen saw that things were going well, she sent someone to ask Lai Fenggang what to do next. Lai Fenggang said, I have already seen the auspicious time, just tomorrow, you take the ancient altar to the location of the main cave, remember to complain to each other along the way, don't let people see the clues. I will take the opportunity to give you a hint and let Wen Bin know the location of the main point.

The next day, Mrs. Chen and Wen Bin followed Lai Fenggang's words and quarreled endlessly along the way. Wen Bin scolded Mrs. Chen for wasting so much of her family property. Madame Chen pretended to be angry and knocked Wen Bin hard. Wen Bin made a gesture to beat Lady Chen, and when the fellow clan members saw this situation, some of them smiled bitterly and some were happy.

Finally, the crowd of onlookers increased, and the mother and son stopped in the fierce lion's ink treasure cave and quarreled. Lai Fenggang mixed in the crowd and stood in the right acupuncture position. Wen Bin looked at him, and Lai Fenggang stomped his foot three times in a hurry. Wen Bin nodded knowingly to Lai Fenggang, and then looked for an opportunity to swing the ancient altar towards the ground on which Lai Fenggang was stepping.

Then I said whether you are buried or not, today I said that I will never go up the mountain again. After speaking, Wen Bin turned his head and left, and Mrs. Chen was crying with tears all over her face. Then he said that this place is not far from the old lady's grave, and I think I will trouble the clan to help me bury it together. The next day, word of Wen's rebellious behavior spread throughout the town.

Everyone said that Madame Chen would definitely be killed by Wen Bin's anger in the future. And Wen Bin himself was either killed by the casino people or would become a beggar. Who expected that in the next year's examination, Wen Bin actually won high school. The townspeople quickly saw the wind and turned the rudder, saying that Wen Bin's child was not bad in nature and was talented.

After a few more years, Wen Bin smoothly became an inspector. And the past many years ago, the townspeople naturally did not dare to mention, lest they eat a lawsuit. After Wen Bin developed, he worked hard to rebuild his homeland. Within a few years, the family property had increased by dozens of times compared with the original. He had been secretly investigating Lai Fenggang's whereabouts, but since Lai Fenggang had stepped on the main cave three times, he had disappeared like the wind. No matter how Chen Wenbin searched, there was no news of him.
