In 218 BC, Qin Shi Huang went on a tour to Yangwu, in what is now Yuanyang County, Henan Province. Apparently, this was a deliberate assassination, and Qin Shi Huang's panic disorder began from then on, and there was no peace after that.
In 210 BC, Qin Shi Huang went out on a fifth cruise, first, to eliminate disasters and take refuge, and second, to seek the medicine of immortality. This long journey finally exhausted him, and on the way back to Xianyang, he had a seizure and his head hit the bronze ice book used to cool off on the side of the seat. As a result, Qin Shi Huang hit this collision, ice cubes splashed around, and then the wound became infected, and there were symptoms such as headaches, dizziness fever, vomiting, etc., and Qin Shi Huang eventually died.
The second, the theory of being murdered, was put forward by Mr. Guo Moruo, who believed that Qin Shi Huang was victimized by his perverse son Hu Hai, for the following reasons:
First, Qin Shi Huang crashed his head on the bronze ice book. But this is clearly not a fatal injury. According to common sense, even if Qin Shi Huang's condition deteriorated, he would not die until two or three weeks later, during which time it was entirely possible to return to Xianyang and take care of the aftermath.
Second, although Qin Shi Huang had a fever at that time, his consciousness was still quite clear. At this time, he was very rational, and suddenly remembered that he should not have alienated Gongzi Fusu and the hero Mengtian in the first place, so he wrote a will to Gongzi Fusu himself, asking Fusu to return to the throne with the support of General Mengtian.
Of course, this edict could not be conveyed to Fu Su, after all, after Fu Su took the throne, Zhao Gao and Li Si definitely did not have a good end. After that, these two people began to secretly correct the edicts, on the one hand, they supported Hu Hai as emperor, and on the other hand, they used the mouth of Qin Shi Huang to give death to Help Su and Mengtian.
Interestingly, Qin Shi Huang only spent one night in the sand dunes, and then he died strangely violently. The next morning, Qin Shi Huang died in the car, with black blood flowing from his right ear. I don't know when, it was already as hard as stone.
This confusing phenomenon made Guo Moruo write his conjecture in the novel "The Death of Qin Shi Huang". He once wrote in this section, "When Qin Shi Huang was found, his right ear was bleeding, and if you look closely, there is an iron nail in your ear." Such a text is obviously saying that Qin Shi Huang was murdered by someone, and the means were extremely cruel, directly nailing into the right ear with a nail.
Guo Moruo believed that in addition to Hu Hai alone, even Li Si and Zhao Gao did not know. If in modern times, the dissecting knife can find the iron nail in qin shi huang's right ear. According to Guo Moruo's theory, Hu Hai killed his father Qin Shi Huang by himself in order to compete for the throne.
Some scholars believe that Qin Shi Huang was murdered by Zhao Gao.
Zhao Gao was a eunuch, and his parents were both sinners of the Qin state. The mother was a slave of the government, and after Mother Zhao gave birth to several zhao gao brothers in the Qin Palace, she was born as a slave.

On this tour of Qin Shi Huang, Meng Yi was also in the entourage, and Meng Yi was Meng Tian's brother and the emperor's close confidant. However, when Qin Shi Huang became seriously ill on the way, Meng Yi was sent.
This may be Zhao Gao's plan, because Meng Tian was leading 300,000 troops with gongzi Fusu to garrison Shangjun, so sending Meng Yi away from Qin Shi Huang's side was not to remove Fu Su's eyes and ears.
