In order to adhere to party building to lead grass-roots governance, focus on the goal of "seven people's livelihood", and further improve the quality of people's livelihood micro-practical work, the Nanshan District Civil Affairs Bureau recently organized and held the Nanshan District 2022 People's Livelihood Micro-Practical Work Conference to study and discuss the promotion of district-level and street-level overall planning projects for people's livelihood and the deployment of related work in the Sixth People's Livelihood Micro-Reality Competition this year. The heads of the Organization Department (Lao gan Center) of the Nanshan District Committee, the District Health and Health Bureau, the District Veterans Bureau, the District Women's Federation and the relevant business departments of the subdistrict offices attended the meeting.
According to reports, this year's competition will continue to innovate the working mechanism, explore the establishment of a service model that combines "district street co-ordination" and "resident point order", and in accordance with the principle of "wide coverage at the district level, key areas in the streets, and characteristics of the community", mobilize the joint participation of relevant district departments, streets and communities, and promote the implementation of a number of people's livelihood micro-practical projects that effectively solve the actual problems of residents at the district, street and community levels.
After preliminary investigation, it has been determined that the "Evergreen University for the Elderly", "Adolescent Mental Health and Peace of Mind Station", "Family Aging Renovation Project" and "Family Elderly Respite Service Project", "'Retirement Does Not Fade, Red Star Yao Nanshan' Public Welfare Activities" 5 projects as the first batch of district-level overall planning projects have been implemented in the whole district, exploring the way and methods of top-down people's livelihood work through the effective landing of people's livelihood micro-facts at the grass-roots level, and effectively promoting the solution of small, urgent and difficult matters around the residents.
In order to better promote the 6th Minsheng Micro-Facts Competition in Nanshan District and widely collect the actual needs of residents, from May 18 to May 20, the organizing committee of the competition held 5 training sessions and demand collection forums for the Minsheng Micro-Facts Competition in 8 streets. It aims to help streets and communities understand the content and related arrangements of this year's competition, collect the real needs of representatives of resident groups in the street jurisdiction in a targeted manner, and assist streets and communities to match and design projects.
A total of 416 people were invited to participate in the training and demand collection activities of the competition, including representatives of business departments of various streets, representatives of party committees of various communities, party representatives, people's congress representatives, CPPCC members, representatives of building chiefs, representatives of residents, as well as representatives of community party organizations, rural urbanization joint-stock companies, community self-organizations, industry committees, property service enterprises and other units. In terms of training, the content and process of the competition were explained to the streets and communities, and the problems and related service cases in the people's livelihood micro-practical work were shared and discussed; in terms of needs, the residents' urgent and difficult problems learned in the daily life of the representatives of each street were collected, and the on-site interactive exchanges were carried out.
The organizing committee of the competition also distributed the demand questionnaire and collected 157 valid questionnaires. According to the survey results, the needs of residents mainly cover empty nest/living alone/elderly care (meal/companionship/safe electricity/health examination), child care (unattended/mental health/concern for children from difficult families), public health services (first aid knowledge popularization and training), public facility repair (old or lack of venue for amusement/fitness facilities), environmental upgrading and transformation (environmental improvement of old residential areas, aging windows/protective fences/power distribution facilities), and care for builders in Shenzhen (dating/employment training/employment training/ labor security) and other aspects.
In order to further clarify the actual needs of residents in the jurisdiction, each street will actively mobilize social work stations, link up with community social workers, and carry out demand research for key service objects such as the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, orphans, and widows in the jurisdiction, and the party committees of each community will focus on the "seven people's livelihood" goals, in accordance with the principle of "extensive + focus", link community party branches, community organizations, social workers, volunteer groups, etc., through household visits, symposiums, "party group G+" mini program research questionnaires, etc., to dynamically carry out demand collection and accurately match the needs of residents. According to the relevant procedures of the people's livelihood micro-practical work, comprehensively promote the implementation of the people's livelihood micro-practical projects.
It is reported that according to the schedule of the competition, the sixth people's livelihood micro-reality competition in Nanshan District was promoted in an orderly manner in accordance with the four major links of "demand collection, project implementation, district-level finals, and project promotion".
