We must gradually cultivate in line with the natural habits and way of thinking, the world view determines the methodology, the car also needs regular maintenance, not to mention people, if there is no awareness of life conservation, just after getting sick to consider how to treat the disease, this may not be the best solution.
We do everything consciously, the consideration is not in line with the way of health, and gradually this awareness will form a habit, which will be of great benefit to our physical and mental health and even career work.
For example, we must keep in mind that "spring and summer nourish the yang, autumn and winter nourish the yin". A year is divided into four seasons, a day is also a condensation of the year, 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. for the sun and spring, 9 o'clock to 15 o'clock for the day and summer, 15 o'clock to 21 o'clock for the day and autumn, 21 o'clock to 3 o'clock in the morning for the day and winter. In the spring, yang is born from the liver, just like the seeds of a crop sown in spring.

There are 24 solar terms in a year, and one day is the epitome of the year, and there are also 24 solar terms. Spring at 3 o'clock, rain at 4 o'clock, sting at 5 o'clock. And after waking up, you must get up and move, a moving yang qi will arise, maybe the previous minute is still lying on the bed feeling particularly sleepy, in the fight for getting up or not to do ideological struggle, when a minute later, when you really get dressed up and move, you feel suddenly not sleepy, why, yang qi arises. After half an hour of activity, you can sleep back to the cage after a while.

Is he more, or less? From the aspect of rest, he is more, but there is no spring sowing, where is the autumn harvest? In this respect, he is at the same time less. So how much, gain or loss is a pair of contradictions of opposites and unity, they exist at the same time, the key is what you want to gain, what you lose.
Then there is no early rise, on the one hand, there is no sowing in the spring, there is no harvest in the year, on the other hand, the energy is conserved, and the yang qi in the body is not converted into clear qi, it will die in the body, and then transformed into fire gas and turbid acid.
People who don't get up early are bored, not the later they get up, the more energetic, but the more tired, I don't believe you sleep until 12 noon to try, don't get up early, yang qi does not arise, people are weak, but weak at the same time people also love to lose their temper, because yang qi is dead for fire, so people have a big temper, and the evil fire in the body is too big.

Many people want to go to bed early, is unable to sleep, one of the solutions is to get up early, early to sleep is not up to you to decide, but get up early can be their own decision, when you get up early, rest for half an hour at noon, the afternoon is very mental, the evening will be sleepy early, when you are not sleepy at night, get up in the morning, this has been in a vicious circle, how to break this strange circle, is to get up early.
We have always recommended that children get up early, but at the same time we should pay attention to a point, children get up at 4 or 5 o'clock to study, half an hour before going to school, it is best to sleep back to the cage, such as 4 o'clock to learn, 7 o'clock to go to school.

What if I say I didn't catch up? If you don't catch up, you don't catch up, there is no other way, not sleeping is your business, and the laws of nature will not change because of you.
Today's children, the more they go to school, the more depressed they feel.
So there are some children who take the college entrance examination, sleep 6 hours a day, go to bed at 12 o'clock at night, go to school at 6 o'clock in the morning, you say go to bed early, he said no, the homework can't be written. Later, I told these children that you slept for 6 hours, you moved forward, you slept at 9 o'clock at night, and you got up at 3 o'clock in the morning. Anyway, 9 p.m. to establish winter, 3 o'clock in the morning to establish spring, just one day of winter, these 6 hours you are in the "cat winter".

Not sleeping at night is called consuming yang qi, and not getting up in the morning is called blocking yang qi. Simply put, not sleeping at night, just like in the winter, throwing away all the grain in the house, the only remedy is to work hard in the spring, and then sow the seeds in anticipation of a good harvest in the autumn, that is, to get up early.
What seems contradictory is actually not contradictory.

There is no spring where there is summer, let alone autumn and winter. There are also four seasons in the day, so you get up at 5 o'clock and the human body is in sync with nature.
In one day, it will experience the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and it is precisely these four seasons that are interlocked and closely related, there is no spring birth, where there is a long summer, there will be no autumn harvest, winter naturally has nothing to hide, to the next spring there is no cultivated seed, and there is no way to grow, so repeated, vicious circle, such as ring without cause.
Therefore, we emphasize that we must get up at 5 o'clock, do not get up before 6 o'clock at the latest, get up and move, and read and write are sober-minded. And from 5 o'clock, the little sun can rise, and the little sun is the newborn sun.
A person who does not get up a day before 5 o'clock is a day without a sun in his body, and a year without a day is a year without a sun in his body. There is no sun in the human body, that is, there is a lack of yang qi, and it is not surprising that he is sick or dies early.
So why is it still very difficult at 5 o'clock? Because you can't afford it. 5 o'clock is the sting, the sting means that the hibernating animal begins to move, also in the human body, that is, the yang begins to surge. If you get up early, the yang qi can rise and come out, and the person will not be sleepy; because you can't get up at 5 o'clock, the person lies still, and the liver qi can't rise, so you are sleepy.
So what to do if you are really sleepy, you can get up at 5 o'clock, move for 10 to 30 minutes, and then lie down to sleep back to the cage, then the yang has risen, and then sleep will not suppress the yang, so that you get up again is relaxed and happy, work and study energy, otherwise you are tired during the day, in addition to yawning is dozing, what to do is not enough energy.
Many people, especially young people, are used to not sleeping at night, not getting up in the morning, thinking that it is okay, don't you see that my health is not very good?
You can ask the frail elderly people around you if they had the same thoughts as you when they were young. They all came from that age group, and by the time they believed that man could not confront nature, it was too late to regret it.
People who start at 5 o'clock in the morning, it is best to take a lunch break at noon, one is to nourish the heart, and the other is to be energetic in the afternoon.
(6) Sleep is a matter of time period.
So here, we have to get out of a misunderstanding - sleepy must sleep, sleep until natural awakening, is to sleep a full sleep, the spirit is enough, the body is healthy. This is not entirely true.

It is the sleep time that gold does not change, people sleep in this time period, it is equivalent to sending themselves to the car running in heaven and earth, hitchhiking on this car, people will be healthy, it will be long; miss this car, you sleep for an hour late, then you sleep for three hours the next day can not make up for it, just like the cold window of ten years, that is, for the few hours of the college entrance examination, if you are confused during the period of the exam, it is useless for you to be awake at other times.
Many people have such a feeling, from falling asleep at night to waking up in the morning, it feels that the time is very short, and if it is sleeping during the day, even if it is very sleepy, it feels that the sleep time is very long, and it is only found when you wake up, but it is only two or three hours.
This is because when sleeping at night, the sun is below the earth (relative to China is up, the United States is down), the upper is yang, the lower is yin, the rise and fall is yang, the subsidence is yin, the huge gravitation is to the subordinate yin, and the yang of the person is settled in the yin, so the time for people to sleep and charge the yin is long, and the person sleeps soundly and sinks.
On the contrary, when the sun has run above us during the day, the gravitational force is upward yang, with the same qi, people's yang is also rising and floating yang, people's sleeping state will be very shallow, whether from time, quality, or health effects and other aspects can not be compared with night sleep.
Therefore, we often say "to go to bed early and get up early", "sleep is the first major supplement", "sleep is a natural supplement, people can't make up for the heavens", "sleep accounts for seven-tenths of the health" and so on.
If the conditions can, it is best not to go to the night shift, the night shift is too hurtful, this is your gravitational tug-of-war with the sun, the mass of the sun is more than three hundred thousand times that of the earth, the volume is more than a million times that of the earth, your mass and volume account for a few fractions of the earth?
