Tasted the sweetness, Hara Setsuko threw herself into the filming of nationalist-related film and television works, preached the so-called "East Asian co-prosperity", advocated the idea of aggression and expansion, and thus accumulated prestige little by little, and finally sat on the top seat of the Japanese showbiz circle, becoming the only designated "image ambassador" of the Japanese government for domestic propaganda, and was called "the first goddess of Showa" by the public.
Fast forward to 1945, Japan exhausted its strength in East and Southeast Asia, and announced its unconditional surrender under the joint strike of China, the United States and the Soviet Union. The United States immediately sent troops to Japan, and MacArthur, as the commander of the US military in Japan, began to control the military and political power of Japan, becoming the "Emperor Taishang" above Emperor Hirohito.
