For audio and video, it is about to be enforced, according to the Ministry of Industry Ministry moI MoI No. 15 of 2018 (version one) regulatory summary:

• The law was promulgated on June 26, 2018
• SNI mandatory period: June 26, 2019 (release date + 12 months)
• Grace transition period: 2 years, i.e. until 26 June 2021 (application date + 2 years).

1. For imported products, it is mainly based on the HS code as the first element to confirm whether SNI is mandatory. If you need to confirm the HS Code, please pay attention to confirm with IWC
