The "Happy Forest Belt Construction Project" of Zhongjian Northwest Courtyard wrote a bright "green answer sheet" for the "final question" of urban renewal. From the whole life cycle of the building, it has effectively gathered, integrated and managed many resources, innovated the value chain in the industrial chain, realized the overall optimization solution, and realized the integrated application of 26 green building technologies. The project won the "Three-star Green Building Design Identification Certificate", becoming the world's largest three-star demonstration project for green buildings in underground space.
Xi'an's famous historical axis Chang'an Dragon Pulse Center - Yongning Gate (South Gate) Square, after comprehensive upgrading and transformation, reshaped the new urban open space, magnificent atmosphere, broad vision, while carrying the city's important celebrations, but also inclusively retain and inherit the city's memory and spirit. The old trees have new branches, renewed youth and vitality, and have become a model project for the reconstruction and protection of the old city, and have become the most iconic city square in Xi'an.
Bell and Drum Tower Square takes the concept of the city's square circle, the bell tower as the main, the drum tower as the supplement, follows the requirements of the times, shows the beauty of the square circle in the traditional Chinese concept, and creates an urban living room with complete function, rich in historical connotation and future-oriented, to achieve the "unity of heaven and man" between architecture and nature.
Mr. Zhang Jinqiu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and chief architect of the Northwest Academy of China Construction, considered the importance of the site and designed the Danfeng Gate of Daming Palace into a protective cover form with both protection and display dual functions. The series of renovations and upgrading of Xi'an Railway Station (South Railway Station) and Square adhere to the principle of "repairing the old as old", which not only retains the original characteristics of the South Railway Station, but also gives the old railway station a new meaning in a new way.
In addition, in the architectural design and whole process engineering consulting services of more than 30 urban renewal projects in Kaiyuan City, Tuanjie Village Area, Yanta District and Baqiao District, Zaoyuan Su, Sutangshui, Shenyusigou, Majiagou and Dongxiqu Districts, etc., the overall planning of area renewal and sub-renewal, above ground and underground, key project construction and peripheral renewal, etc., low-carbon and harmonious design planning has created a number of models, which have improved the overall image and quality of the city and led the efficient and orderly urban renewal.

Up to now, China Construction Northwest Hospital has completed about 85MW of photovoltaic power generation projects, and the general contracting and design consulting business involves Xi'an, Yulin, Tongchuan, Weinan, Hanzhong and other cities. The completed photovoltaic power generation projects are expected to generate electricity up to 90.1758 million kWh per year, saving 27,800 tons of standard coal/ year, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 87,500 tons / year.
