According to Yonhap News Agency, on the morning of the 10th local time, South Korea's new president, Yoon Seok-yue, was sworn in in front of the Parliament Building. Former President Park Geun-hye and the recently outgoing Moon Jae-in appeared at the venue, and the two were in the same frame.
