On May 18, 2021, the "Hongyi Electronic Document Management System Teaching Experience Activity Award Ceremony" was held at Chinese Min University. The industry-education integration activity was jointly organized by the Electronic Document Management Research Center of Chinese University (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") and Shanghai Hongyi Software Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongyi"), based on the undergraduate teaching needs of electronic file management, with the improvement of students' comprehensive quality as the starting point and foothold, aiming to guide students to find problems in practice, master the ability to deal with problems and solve problems, and promote the matching and integration of talent training supply and enterprise demand in the field of electronic document management. On October 20, 2020, the Center and Hongyi signed a memorandum of cooperation, the two sides will cooperate in electronic document management and related technology research, industry promotion and training services, aiming to give full play to the center's academic professionalism and industry insight and Hongyi's rich experience accumulated in business practice, and realize the "trinity" integration of production, education and research. On November 28, 2020, the two sides jointly released the "White Paper on File Archives and Content Management in Data Management" jointly prepared by the 11th "China Electronic Document Management Forum", which is a useful attempt to integrate production and research in the field of document management, and has had a great impact on the field of document management.
After the release of the white paper, the two sides continued to deepen cooperation. This activity adopts the form of classroom teaching, which is an exploration of the integration of industry and education carried out by both sides in the field of undergraduate teaching. Zhang Zhong, manager of Hongyi Product Operation Center, introduced Hongyi electronic file management system in class, conducted practical demonstrations, and answered questions based on the confusion of students. Students log in to the system for practical operation after class, and in the process of operation, students combine personal experience and professional theoretical knowledge to propose system improvement programs.
The students actively thought, practiced in depth, were able to analyze the system functions from multiple dimensions, deeply analyze the problems, put forward constructive opinions and suggestions based on user experience and functional logic, and empower document management practice with academic theory. After the evaluation of the system improvement plan submitted by the students by the experts of both sides, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 8 excellent awards were finally selected, and corresponding awards were given.
