Qian Haijun, 52, is a community account manager at the customer service center of State Grid Zhejiang Cixi Power Supply Co., Ltd. Fluorescent lamps, sockets, switches, screws... As the community account manager of the customer service center of State Grid Zhejiang Cixi Power Supply Co., Ltd., the trunk of Qian Haijun's vehicle is filled with various electrical components. What was sold in the hardware store in the city, he knew better than anyone. But when asked how many light bulbs have been changed over the years and how much material money has been pasted in, he always laughs and shakes his head, saying that he does not know.
"There is difficulty in using electricity, please find money for the navy." This is something that many Cixi residents often hang on their lips. Qian Haijun is responsible for the electricity service of nearly 60,000 households, and over the years he has not only achieved zero complaints, but also a service satisfaction rate of nearly 100%. "I just want the people to enjoy the power maintenance service without leaving their homes."
In 1999, Qian Haijun first contacted and joined the neighborhood committee volunteer organization. After that, he used his leisure time to provide free electricity maintenance services to the masses. Until one day, the masses sent a thank-you letter to the unit, and the leading colleagues learned of his silent dedication.
The money at work for the Navy is a technical expert. From equipment rescue on the front line of typhoons to emergency handling of daily accidents, he is always able to troubleshoot quickly. When new colleagues encounter technical difficulties, they often consult the "technical consultant" around them.
In order to better help the elderly in the community, he taught himself the maintenance technology of commonly used home appliances such as induction cookers, washing machines, and rice cookers outside of his major. Gradually, the title of "universal electrician" spread in the community...

In the process of volunteer service, Qian Haijun found that many widows and elderly people not only could not ensure safe electricity, but also had difficulties in living and living. So he wrote his name and mobile phone number on the card, and handed them to the elderly who needed help. For 23 years, his phone was always on 24 hours a day and he never changed his number. No matter whether it is windy or rainy, he strives to be the first to appear next to the elderly who need help.
"Thanks to the Navy all these years, without him, I really don't know what this day has passed..." said Chen Wenpin, a retired teacher who lives in the Shuyuan community in Gutang Street.
When he saw that Chen Wenpin still had to take care of his mentally handicapped son in his old age, Qian Haijun regularly helped him check the electrical appliances and lines at home and chatted with him; he also brought gifts with his wife to visit him during the New Year's Festival. I remember once, Chen Wenpin's old illness recurred, and Qian Haijun drove 80 kilometers to send the elderly to medical treatment; he was busy and busy, and was mistaken by the medical staff for the old man's own son. In the face of the old man's thanks, Qian Haijun said: "This is what I should do." ”
These are just the daily routines of the money navy to help the elderly. The old man's toilet was blocked, the sewage was poured, he found professionals at his own expense, and the two worked together for an afternoon; the Chinese New Year's Eve night help phone rang non-stop, he ran 4 households in succession, returned home in the middle of the night to make bowls of instant noodles as "Chinese New Year's Eve rice"; learned that some lonely and widowed elderly people wanted to go to the capital Beijing to see, he led the launch of public welfare activities, leading 7 elderly people to visit Beijing...
"The elderly, widows and widows lack companionship, especially long for spiritual comfort, and need more care." Sweeping the floor, cutting nails, cleaning up the dishes... As long as the weekend is not busy, Qian Haijun will take time to visit the elderly; often it takes only ten minutes to repair electrical appliances, but the chat lasts for an hour or two.

Nowadays, Qian Haijun has led more people to participate in volunteer service through practical actions.
"The Navy is an example for me to follow, and we support him." Wife Chen Dongdong said. The wife did not understand at first, but later moved by her husband's approach, she joined the action of helping the elderly. Under the influence of their husband and wife, daughter Qian Jiayuan also often participates in volunteer activities... The family also sponsored 27 poor students.
The Communist Party Member Service Corps and Volunteer Service Center, named after Qian Haijun, have now attracted more than 1,200 volunteers to participate in daily service. "The volunteer service center published a message in the WeChat group, and everyone grabbed the order to do it." Colleague Wang Junhao, as one of them, whether it is repairing home appliances or picking up sick elderly people, as long as there is a need, he is always the first to respond.
Typhoon rescue, substation emergency repair, safe electricity publicity, solve the problem of residential electricity failure... Under the leadership of Qian Haijun, the service of the volunteer service team has been continuously extended, and public welfare projects such as "Stars and Lights", "Revival of children's palaces" and "Warm Heart Empty Nest" are also being carried out continuously.
In 2015, when visiting poor households with disabilities, Qian Haijun found that many families had safety hazards such as aging electricity lines and exposed wires. Under his impetus, state grid Zhejiang Cixi Power Supply Co., Ltd. launched the "Thousand Households" lighting line transformation project for poor households with disabilities, providing a safe and stable electricity environment for more than 1,800 poor households with disabilities in Cixi.
In the past seven years, the "Thousand Households and Thousand Lights" have gradually left Ningbo and Zhejiang, traveling more than 200,000 kilometers, transforming the routes and sending light to 6,047 households in Tibet, Jilin, Guizhou, Sichuan and other provinces, benefiting more than 60,000 people.
Last year, Qian Haijun and his team came to Butuo County, Sichuan Province, three times to renovate the housing lighting lines for 112 disabled poor households in the local area free of charge. "In the next step, I also intend to contribute to the training of rural electricians." Qian Haijun said.
Up to now, Qian Navy's team has carried out more than 30,000 volunteer services, with more than 213,000 working hours, benefiting tens of thousands of people.
