After the incident, the local police rushed to the scene to coordinate, and later, the driver agreed to reduce the amount of compensation from $50,000 to $4,000, but the girl only had $100 to compensate. In the end, the driver reluctantly agreed to accept $100 in compensation, but tore up the banknote on the spot, and said that he wanted to use it to get rid of bad luck.
