Since the beginning of this year, the party committee and government of Gaoyang Town have attached great importance to the construction of beautiful villages, centered on the work goal of the county party committee and the county government to build "the best ecological livable land in the eastern part of Guanzhong", led by the "spring campaign" action of improving the rural human settlement environment, and taken the "six ones" of the market town streets and the demolition of buildings that hinder the viewing as the starting point, highlighting the "early" movement and "fast", comprehensively improving the quality of the living environment, and the construction of beautiful villages in the town has achieved remarkable results.

Since the beginning of the year, Gaoyang Town has taken the construction of beautiful villages as the primary task, studied and issued documents such as "Gaoyang Town 2022 Spring Human Settlement Environment Improvement Action Work Plan" and "Gaoyang Town Village Sanitation Station Construction Standards", and held mobilization and deployment meetings in a timely manner to further refine specific work measures, decompose work tasks, formulate rectification standards, and clarify the focus of rectification. All the cadres of the town organs went deep into the front line, entered the group into the alleys and households to take the lead in participating in the rectification, did not wait for or rely on it, made the vigorous, moved the real thing, led the cleaners, all the public welfare special posts and party members and volunteers to participate in all, and through the work measures of "fixing villages, road sections, standards, and time limits", they went all out to promote the work of environmental sanitation and rectification, forming a good work situation of "attaching great importance to ideology, highly unifying understanding, being highly conscious in action, and implementing quickly and effectively."
Highlight the key points and advance the work in an orderly manner. Focusing on the rectification of "three piles and six chaos" in the laneways and the dead corners of the back streets and alleys, a one-month centralized rectification activity was carried out in the whole town, with a total of more than 50 lanes in 8 villages with high standards, more than 1,500 square meters of garbage, 15 kilometers of exposed garbage on both sides of the road, more than 3,000 "three piles of six chaos" in front of the door, 3 kilometers of drainage ditches, and 25 kilometers of trees. In line with the illegal and obstructive building demolition tasks, we took the initiative to demolish 65 illegal buildings with a total of 4542 square meters, and the town and village looked new. In accordance with the "six ones" standard of the market town street, 1 town-level sanitation station and 8 village-level sanitation stations have been built, all of which have been put into use. Strengthen the construction of sanitation infrastructure in towns and villages, equip each village with a total of 40 garbage transfer trucks and collection vehicles, 4 special vehicles for manure, and distribute garbage cans to farmers in the town. Taking advantage of the favorable opportunity of spring afforestation to carry out spring afforestation, the current completion of the rational greening upgrade of 10 kilometers, land greening and degraded forest restoration of more than 7,000 acres, the loess plateau soil erosion comprehensive treatment of 2,000 acres, idle land greening of more than 1,700 square meters, 305 along the flower wall repair more than 3,000 square meters, greening and beautification of 5 kilometers, road toothbrush paint 4 kilometers. It has improved the "Cleaner Management System", "Garbage Removal System" and other related systems, and truly achieved early, regular and practical results. Full efforts have been made to raise rural environmental sanitation fees, and 150,000 yuan has been collected, accounting for 38% of the annual collection tasks.
Strengthen publicity and create a strong atmosphere. The work of environmental sanitation and rectification focuses on supervision and management, and this year, in order to effectively improve the awareness of the living environment of the broad masses, Gaoyang Town has carried out extensive publicity work in a multi-pronged manner. The first is to actively launch offline propaganda methods, through mobile propaganda vehicles and rural loudspeakers, uninterrupted publicity of the importance and necessity of human settlement environment improvement work, and guide the broad masses to consciously participate in human settlement environment improvement work. The second is to actively carry out online publicity, make full use of new media publicity methods such as WeChat and Douyin small videos, educate and guide the masses to enhance their awareness of civilization, and create a rural environmental improvement work atmosphere of town-village interaction, up-down linkage, and joint management and co-governance and co-protection of cadres and masses.
