Outside the emergency hall of the Fengxian District Central Hospital, several green tents stand out. The first thing you see is to enter the pre-screening room at the first checkpoint of the emergency department. In this pre-screening room set up in this simple tent, all patients entering the emergency department are required to show the medical staff a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate and a community medical certificate. Chen Kang, director of the emergency department, told reporters that if patients from the prevention area and the control area do not hold a 48-hour nucleic acid certificate, they do not have to worry. The pre-screening room will provide an antigen test on the spot, confirm negative, and then transfer to the emergency room. After passing the pre-examination room, there are two green tents outside the emergency hall, which is the second emergency treatment area, which is the rescue room and the observation room.
"If the patient is still in a suspicious situation, such as continuously not finding nucleic acid, not ending the sealing during the sealing period, and some of the epidemiological history is not very detailed, this patient we first place in the second emergency treatment area, this area can effectively rescue the patient, but also can do further nucleic acid, lung CT and other screening, so as to ensure that positive patients do not directly enter our rescue area, mixed with normal non-positive patients." Chen Kang introduced.
The reporter saw in the rescue room that professional equipment such as oxygen cylinders, treatment beds, and ECG monitors were waiting for vacancies, at this time, several medical staff wearing "big white protective clothing" were treating a tumor patient from Pudong. After opening up the second emergency treatment area, in order to make the pre-diagnosis more professional and accurate, the emergency department has also set up a professional emergency medical team to be responsible for the pre-examination and rescue work of the "second emergency treatment area". "Our department, including nurses and doctors, has selected this part of the medical staff with relatively high seniority, rich rescue experience and relatively high clinical experience to enrich this area." Chen Kang also told reporters that at present, the ordinary beds in the second emergency treatment area can be placed in 10 to 16 beds, and the medical staff will make flexible adjustments according to the number of patients, which can fully meet the needs of diagnosis and rescue in this area.
In addition, if the original emergency hall encounters a sudden situation and needs to be stopped sanitize, on the south side of the emergency building, the same area formed by the green tent, that is, the prepared second emergency area, can "stand up" and not affect the emergency treatment.

Jia Wancheng, vice president of Fengxian District Central Hospital, said frankly that after emergency patients come to the hospital, they will open different treatment channels according to different regions and different diseases, and some urgent patients such as myocardial infarction patients need to do emergency surgery, they only need to do antigens first, and then emergency surgery can be arranged after the antigen report. "If there are positive patients, we also have a positive operating room here, and it will not affect their treatment." He also said that the hospital will also adjust the scope of treatment at any time according to the current dynamic observation, the needs of patients and the current amount of treatment, so as to ensure that the emergency green channel for the treatment of the people is faster, more convenient and smoother.
