The total investment is 10 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment is 1 billion yuan.

At present, the progress is to complete all the support and pile foundation projects; the outer site of the foundation pit has been completely hardened; the earthwork excavation is 300,000 square meters, and the next step will be to accelerate the construction of the hanging net spraying slurry between the piles, organize and carry out the construction of the cushion layer, anchor construction, raft pouring and other flowing water construction operations; and simultaneously carry out the earthworks and transportation work.
Nanjing Vientiane Tiandi Project (former Zhongshan Leduhui)

The above-ground commercial construction area is 69,600 square meters, the protected construction area is 0.05 million square meters, the underground commercial office space is 19,600 square meters, and the underground garage and equipment room is 47,800 square meters.
