Accelerate growth in the process of serving the people
Since participating in volunteer service, I have been deeply involved in all aspects of epidemic prevention work, as a "brick" of epidemic prevention, where it needs to be moved. During the day, I participated in volunteer services such as antigen detection, nucleic acid testing, statistics on residents' drug needs, guard crossings, express delivery sanitize. At night, I also never forgot my mission as an emergency education worker, stayed up late and worked overtime to produce epidemic prevention publicity maps, and successfully completed the "Seven Have Seven Defenses" Work Tips for the Safety Management of the New Crown Epidemic Cabin Hospital (Isolation Point) and "One Familiar Memory for the Cabin Hospital, Six Strictly Prohibited" Warm Tips" and other publicity maps.
These ordinary and trivial tasks made me understand that "epidemic prevention and control is a race against time", and only by putting each link in place as soon as possible can we achieve due diligence, orderly and efficient prevention and control. It's a hard time, but it's worth it.
Everyone is silently dedicated in their respective positions
If the dust of the times falls on everyone's head is a mountain, then falling on the shoulders of every grassroots party member and cadre is a heavy responsibility. My other half is also a grassroots emergency worker, as a male comrade in the unit, as early as the beginning of March, I threw myself into the anti-epidemic work early, for more than a month, I have not had a day off, due to the shortage of early shift personnel, I often arrive at work before dawn and leave work in the middle of the night. Since the closure of Pudong on March 28, he has not even been able to return home, and has been playing the floor in the unit.
Also unable to return home is my mother-in-law, a resident party secretary who has been rooted in the grassroots for many years. As the grassroots cadres who are closest to the masses, the pressure is even greater, not only to implement the policy publicity of the superiors in place, to do a good job in all the work of the jurisdiction, but also to guide and appease the residents to actively cooperate and work together to fight the epidemic. At the age of retirement, there are less than 5 hours of rest every day, and the busiest nights are directly all night, and the voice on the phone is always hoarse. I know that grassroots party members and cadres like my family are by no means an exception, and in this battle, there are thousands of such grassroots workers who have practiced the original intention and mission of communist party members with practical actions.
If it is their duty for party members and cadres to devote themselves to the frontline, then volunteers are really "generating electricity with love", before becoming volunteers, everyone is in ordinary jobs, and an epidemic has made them spontaneously become soldiers who fight side by side, and all this has been paid, not for return, just to be able to defeat the epidemic as soon as possible.
Everything is getting better
Happily, all the efforts have gradually paid off. In this month, I have witnessed the epidemic prevention work in my town from the beginning of the busy and highly tense, to the current orderly, efficient and orderly. In the early days of the fight against the epidemic, there are often staff in the volunteer group at three or four o'clock in the morning to convey work tasks, the work is often day and night, volunteers get up early and dark, all night, residents often have complaints, occasionally do not understand and do not cooperate; now, all links have been greatly improved, the grasp of the arrival time of the medical team is more accurate, the notice of the residents is more timely and in place, the preparation before the test is more sufficient, the arrangement of the testing process is more orderly and reasonable, which greatly shortens the residents' queuing time. Reduces the risk of secondary infection.
As a senior "code scanner", I have witnessed the update iteration of the scan code tool and system, and now the scanning method is more diverse (supporting the application code, nucleic acid code, ID card, manual entry), paying more attention to high-risk personnel (special insurance personnel are risky, the system will prompt the need to provide real-time update of the application code), which also makes me deeply feel that in addition to the grass-roots workers, volunteers, and supply personnel from all walks of life that we can see, there are many decision makers and technical support personnel in places where we can't see. We are all solving problems in a timely manner in the process of constantly discovering problems, and are committed to ending this battle without smoke as soon as possible.
