It's a story about World War II.
Schindler, a German Nazi businessman, used World War II for his own gain. At first, in order to make more profits, a large number of Jewish laborers were hired to create wealth for themselves. Then, as the war progressed, the Nazi massacre of Jews aroused his inner conscience. He scattered his money and single-handedly protected the lives of eleven hundred Jews.
There is no doubt that Schindler played a "savior" in the film and was admired by people. But he was not a natural good man, a saint, and he also had some of the qualities that a normal person should have.
1. Greed for money and profit. First of all, at the beginning of the war he was only a businessman eager to make a fortune from the war, and did not hesitate to hire a large number of Jewish workers because it cost more money to hire Polish workers than Jewish workers. His Jewish accountant Stan put a one-armed old man in the factory, which also made him very dissatisfied, because the old man could not bring him greater benefits.
2. Like beautiful women. When the factory first opened, Schindler recruited female typists, all of whom were young and beautiful, with only one middle-aged woman who was very fast at typing and looking average. Schindler, however, hired everyone but the middle-aged lady.

Also, in the film, a woman tries to see Schindler in the hope that he will take in her parents, and Schindler does not want to see her without makeup, and Schindler is willing to see her after makeup.
That's one of the reasons why I like this work, because it's very real and believable, Schindler's thought is transformed step by step, he is not a natural good man, he is just an ordinary person with a conscience in his heart.
It wasn't until the figure of a girl in red appeared in Schindler's vision that Schindler's inner conscience was slowly awakened.
The girl in red is also one of the few color shots in the show.
She represents hope.
Then, Schindler's behavior and thoughts are slowly changing, and after the woman expresses her desire to bring her incapacitated parents into the factory, Schindler scolds the woman, telling her that the old couple cannot bring profits to their factory, and takes the old couple in.
Later, the death of the girl in red completely touched Schindler's heartstrings.
His eyes were filled with surprise, and the hope in his heart was shattered.
Then, the climax of the film arrives, where the Jews are sent to Auschwitz. Schindler's conscience was fully awakened, and he negotiated with the German general Amun in exchange for money for the Jews. The wealth was lost to buy eleven hundred Jews. He ordered Stan to put the names of the men on a list.
It's also my favorite part of the whole show, almost tearful.
Schindler brought these Jews back home, and he opened a factory to produce bullets and shells for the Germans. None of these weapons were available at Schindler's behest.
In the end, the story ends with the war and the surrender of Germany ending. The eleven hundred Jews that Schindler saved have grown to more than six thousand. Their bloodline grew stronger and stronger thanks to Schindler's protection.
Schindler fell out of love with his wife after the war, and repeated business attempts ended in failure, and he died in 1974.

Seeing this picture, I thought of the story of Feng Xiao and Meng Yijun in "Warring States Policy". Feng Xiao was a disciple of Meng Tianjun, and once, he was sent by Meng Tianjun to collect debts, and Meng Tianjun said that he would buy it back by the way when he saw what was missing in the house. After Feng Xiao left, he burned all the accounts in front of the people. Meng Yujun was furious when he heard this, and Feng Xiao said, You don't lack anything, only people's hearts, and I bought people's hearts for you.
After a year, Meng Tianjun was demoted to his fiefdom by the King of Qi, and the people on the road heard about it and came out to greet Meng Tianjun. Meng Yujun understood what Feng Xiao had bought.
However, in Schindler's list, Schindler is both Na Meng Ande Feng Gong. He redeemed himself.
The surviving Jews created a gold ring for Schindler with only one gold tooth.

I think the ideas of the whole work, the ideas that Spielberg wants to convey to us, are condensed in this sentence.
Schindler redeemed thousands of Jews and kept them alive. For us, he not only saved these people, but also saved the light in our hearts, just as he retained a faint light in the dark and inky age of war.
