The program achieves full coverage of 23 functions before, during and after surgery, integrates the five core systems of "digital operating room system, intelligent surgical system, operating room behavior management system, surgical anesthesia information management system and surgical department cockpit", and takes the lead in the industry to achieve the intelligent integrated platform management of the intelligent surgical department, effectively improving the surgical efficiency of doctors.

At present, surgical teaching has become a basic function of the digital operating room, but the solution adopted in the industry cannot meet the hospital's medical-grade professional requirements for video transmission "lossless image quality, no delay". Liu Qiang introduced that the fifth generation of Hisense digital operating room system adopts a codec scheme based on pixel pipeline technology to achieve lossless picture quality, ensuring 100% restoration of surgical videos such as endoscopy and surgical field in the classroom; optical fiber transmission solves the synchronous transmission of audio and video between the operating room and the classroom; and the Mini-LED endoscopic display can present more fine organizational details and a deeper sense of picture layering, effectively assisting doctors to identify lesions and reduce doctors' visual fatigue.
Not only is it a comprehensive upgrade in functionality, but the design of the digital operating room in details such as teaching is also very user-friendly. Taking the initiation of the teaching function as an example, in the past, it was necessary to have a special person in the operating room to operate, which would affect the efficiency of the operation. Zhang Tingwei, product manager at Hisense Medical, is a former surgeon who spends 95 percent of his time in the operating room. After combining their own experience in medicine, and investigating a large number of doctors and medical students, they put forward the needs from the perspective of the doctor's actual work, and finally after repeated communication and modification with the engineer, the initiation and management authority of the teaching function were simplified, which also liberated the personnel in the operating room while ensuring the teaching experience.
"Our intelligent surgical system assists physicians in providing quantitative liver resection surgical protocols, resulting in a 7% increase in resection rates, and a multidimensional conformation-based surgical planning that can correct 34% of surgical protocols." Liu Qiang introduced that the intelligent surgical system independently developed by Hisense is a "national twelfth five-year science and technology support plan project", won the "second prize of the 2019 National Science and Technology Progress Award", and has accumulated nearly 30,000 three-dimensional imaging data of the exception department, which can assist doctors in preoperative accurate planning, intraoperative reference, and postoperative evaluation.
