This "May Day" I don't go to Yuyuantan

Yuyuantan is named after the water, which was called Diaoyutai in the Liaojin Dynasty, and also known as Yuyuantan in the Yuan Dynasty, where the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty built a palace. It has been a famous tourist destination in Beijing for more than 800 years. In 1960, the Beijing Municipal Government designated Yuyuantan Park as a place of leisure and entertainment for citizens.

The most famous of Yuyuantan Park is the Cherry Blossom Garden, which is the most famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Beijing in spring. Visiting Yuyuantan every spring to see cherry blossoms has become a major event agreed upon by the people of Beijing. The scale of cherry blossoms in Yuyuantan is even larger than that of Wuhan, with more than 2,000 plants and more than 20 varieties of nearly 400 acres, which has become the famous "Eight Views of Cherry Blossoms" in Beijing.

This "May Day" I don't go to Yuyuantan

Every year, from the end of March, the early cherry blossoms in Yuyuantan begin to bloom, and the best viewing period is entered at the end of March and early April, and the late cherry blossom period is entered in late April, which is basically over in May.

The flowering period of cherry blossoms is very short, and there is the term "seven days of cherry blossoms", which means that a cherry blossom takes about seven days from opening to withering. A cherry blossom tree takes about sixteen days from flowering to full withering.

This year's flowering period is particularly short, and I missed the blooming period before I went in May.

The charm of the cherry blossom lies not only in its feminine charm when in full bloom, but also in its "grandeur" after a brief period of bloom.

"Falling red is not a merciless thing, turning into spring mud is more protective of flowers", missed and waited for next year, I believe that next year's cherry blossoms are more gorgeous!
