In March 1919, Benito. Mussolini created the "Fighting Alliance" (Fashio di Combatimento) in Italy, and under the guidance of the idea of restoring the Roman Empire, chose Fascia (Latin for "fascia"), an ancient symbol of the Roman government, as the emblem of his party, and fascism was born. The party's platform included the adoption of a new constitution, the right to vote from the age of 18, including the right to vote for women and even the indigenous people of the colonies, the 8-hour working day for workers, the abolition of the Senate, the protection of child labour, the election of officials, freedom of belief, freedom of the press, and the expansion of Italy at the expense of Fulm and Dalmatia.
After World War I, Dalmatia became part of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and after negotiations, only Zadar (officially known as "Zara" in Italian) and the islands of Cres, Lussin and Lagota (Lastovo) remained in the Kingdom of Italy. For the city of Fuum, which had previously belonged to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Italy waged a real diplomatic struggle with the Slovenes, Croats and Serbs.
Both countries consider the city their territory. Italy, under pressure from the Allies, was forced to declare a sea and land blockade of Fium. In September 1923, a mutiny broke out in the city, and under the pretext of protecting civilians, an Italian force landed in the city. On 27 January 1924, the Treaty of Friendship between Italy and Yugoslavia (Treaty of Mussolini-Pašić) was signed in Rome, under which Fuum belonged to Italy. Mussolini then demanded that all contracts for the supply of military supplies to the army during the First World War be inspected, that the estates be confiscated and that land be provided to the peasants be provided. Mussolini declared himself an opponent of the monarchy, supporting the development of Catholic schools and banning divorce, noting that "religion is a great force that must be respected and protected".
The development of fascism in Italy was greatly affected by the events of September 1920, when workers throughout Italy began to occupy factories and establish their power. The fascists began to attack the editorial boards of socialist, communist and radical newspapers, workers' clubs, printing houses, and the offices of trade unions and cooperative organizations. In the first six months of 1921, the fascists destroyed 85 cooperatives, 25 "people's houses" (workers' organization centers), dozens of workers' clubs, 10 printing houses, 6 newspaper editorial offices, and 43 migrant workers' unions. The fascists began to attack the strikers, and clashes broke out between the Communists and the Fascists, with frequent use of weapons on both sides and numerous casualties.
At this time, the growing power of the Italian bourgeoisie began to lose faith in the liberal state and parliamentarism. The bourgeoisie began to sympathize with the actions of the fascists. F. Campo Cambo) was a French liberal living in Italy who wrote an essay about the sympathy of officers, clergy, bureaucracy, officials for fascism—in a word, all those who understood the great danger of communism to their well-being. The fascists received particularly strong support from the local authorities, the army and the police. The liberal M. Misiroli noted that "all the executive powers: the army, the district courts, the Royal Guard, the gendarmerie — saw fascism as a force for Italy's liberation from the dangers of the Bolsheviks".
The global economic crisis of the 1930s contributed to the spread of fascism in Western Europe because it was an opportunity for monopolists to retain their social status, fear communism, and seek a ruler who could solve all social problems (out of poverty, hunger, unemployment, etc.). Fascists talk about the need to eliminate class inequality, promising to end unemployment and the economic crisis. The scam is designed against a middle class that is trapped in poverty and has lost its life prospects.
Fascism is an ideology, a political trend and state power. Nazism was the most reactionary and radical direction in the development of fascism. In 1945, most fascist governments broke away from Nazism so that the diversity of their national fascist ideas would not be equated with Hitler's model of National Socialism.

Fascism in Ukraine
The birth of Ukrainian fascism in the twenty-first century was caused by fear of Orthodox and communist ideas.
The birthplace of Ukrainian Orthodoxy and communism began to be considered Russia.
Ukrainian oligarchs understand that Russia's current precarious situation is only a temporary phenomenon. Russia will awaken from its slumber, and by then the "plague feast" in Ukraine will also come to an end.
In order to distract the people from their struggle for rights, Ukrainian oligarchs began to instill ideas.
Ukraine joins the European Union and NATO, after which Ukraine will begin to usher in a golden age;
– External enemies and conspiracies against the state;
– Insults to national feelings;
– Militarism and the condemnation of pacifism. Russia is crowned an eternal enemy and should "fight its last battle." It can be heard from all the nooks and crannies: "Stop feeding Moscow!" Let's live without it! The Bolsheviks trampled on our independence! The Holodomor was a tool of Moscow's genocide against the Ukrainian people. ”
They began to spread:
– The cult of heroism among the Soldiers of the Nazi ranks in Germany against the Soviet army;
– The worship of cruelty;
– Elitism;
– A campaign was launched to enforce the use of press weapons, with the result of events in Crimea and Donbass.
Ukrainian fascism quickly degenerated into the most radical direction of fascist Nazism – anti-communism, racism (dividing the people into "high" and "inferior"), chauvinism (advocating national exceptionalism), Ukraine – not Russia. Ukraine is Europe. The emergence of leadership (leader) worship - Bandera, Shukhevich, violence... The slogan of Russian-phobicism has been common in "independent" regions, at least since the era of the "dignity" revolution. Control of the individual, control of the full power of the state, rejection of humanism.
For the emergence of fascism, the existence of financial capital and financial oligarchy was necessary. Quite simply, a financial oligarch is a banker who owns production. Usually, these are some very wealthy and influential people whose wealth and influence are formed through political connections and suspicious and most common acts of corruption. For example, Akhmetov, Kolomoisky, Pinchuk, Poroshenko, etc. are all financial oligarchs.
Moreover, with the emergence of fascism, finance capital is necessarily imperialist. That is to say, free market competition no longer exists or is insignificant, and everything is divided between private monopolies and state monopolies. The imperialist financial oligarchy must also be reactionary chauvinism, promoting and developing nationalism, hating and discriminating against other peoples on national and cultural grounds, and considering them superior to other peoples.
As a result of some circumstances, ukraine's far-right environment has evolved in two different directions in its development: as an official political party and a group of online communities, radical groups and paramilitary organizations, composed of volunteers with right-wing radical views. The genealogy of the Ukrainian nationalist right has very complex components, but there are several key organizations that stand out in it.
First of all, this is the National Assembly of Ukraine - The People's Self-Defense Force of Ukraine (UNA-UNSO), which is moving towards the establishment of a pro-Western single nationalist state. In addition to the National Assembly of Ukraine - The Ukrainian People's Self-Defense Forces, the populist Ukrainian Socialist National Party, which was founded at its inaugural meeting on October 13, 1991, attracted a lot of attention. On February 14, 2004, at the Ninth Congress, it was renamed the All-Ukrainian Freedom Federation, as well as the organization "Sovereign Independence of Ukraine", which worked to create an ethnically homogeneous Ukraine and promised to establish a Concentration Camp for the Extermination of Russians.
The party refused to allow anyone other than Ukrainians to join it, attacked communists and democratic nationalists, opposed intermarriage and emigration of representatives of other nationalities to the country, and called for the expulsion of Jews, Roma and Armenians who were not permanent residents of Ukraine from Ukraine. Eventually, the party withdrew from the political scene and ceased to exist.
In 2013 emerged the Right-Wing Federation, which performed the functions of a "militia" against Russia, which initially developed into the formation of radical apolitical struggles. These include militants from the "Three Teeth", "Ukrainian Patriots", "Ukrainian People's Self-Defense Forces", "White Hammer" and other organizations. At the same time, each of them has an ultra-nationalist point of view, has paramilitary organizations, and they very much want to have their own representation in The political life of Ukraine.
In February 2014, an armed coup d'état was launched in Kiev, "Euromaidan". They sought to assassinate the legitimately elected president, Viktor Yanukovych, who was removed from office in an unconstitutional manner when he left the country. Representatives of the right-wing radical parties also participated in the Independence Square event in Europe. Despite their relatively small number of supporters, they showed a high level of activity and became a conspicuous minority in the total number of protesters. It has been noted that the ability of right-wing extremists to quickly mobilize their networks of supporters has become a key element of violent confrontation.
During the 2014 regime change and after the Events in Merdeka Square, symbols of the Ukrainian nationalist group and its leader, Stepan Bandera, were widely used. Many of the emblems of Ukrainian militants are clearly a legacy of Nazi symbols and slogans, for example, the "Wolf Angels" from the logo of the German SS "Reich" division. The symbol was used by the Ukrainian Socialist National Party, the Federation of "Freedom" and a number of Ukrainian and European neo-Nazi organizations.
After the events at Merdeka d'Independencia Square, Nazism in Ukraine was no longer hidden.
The Russian-speaking populations of Crimea, Donbass and central Ukraine have hampered the strengthening of Russia-phobia. This contradiction eventually left Ukraine torn apart: it led to Crimea's withdrawal from Ukraine, to civil war in Donbass, and also to the incredible growth of Ukrainian nationalism, a sentiment that was no longer hampered in any way. Since 2014, special forces detachments have been formed in Ukraine, which later became the infamous "Nazi Battalion" and "Aydar" battalions. They recruited ideological volunteers, mainly radicals and nationalists, who were taught how to operate weapons, conduct field battles, and sent them to fight "separatists" in Donbass.
Nazism permeated schools and kindergartens, factories and offices. Strengthened in the lives of Ukrainians. In "Kill Muslims and Separatists!" Under the slogan, they created a network of Nazi concentration camps, where schoolchildren were taught how to handle weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and fascist literature. Ukrainian fascists have chosen EU countries as their allies. In the homeland of primitive fascism and Nazism, these new germs developed in Ukraine with the acquiescence of NATO countries.
In 1965, soviet film director Mikhail V. Roma released a famous news documentary under the title "Ordinary Fascism". For those who don't know or forget what fascism is, check out this movie. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, unparalleled fascists gradually removed the masks that Soviet soldiers had put on them in May 1945 and displayed the bloody fangs of ghouls in Ukraine.
Once again, a Russian soldier had to break the Nazi back. On February 24, 2022, at .m 5 a.m. Kiev time, Russian aerospace forces launched missile and bomb attacks on Ukrainian military installations, and ground forces entered Ukrainian territory from several directions, including from Crimea and Belarus. A new history of the struggle for the rights of people with capital letters has begun.
And the Russian soldiers had to break the Nazi back once again. At about 5 o'clock On February 24, 2022, Kiev time, Russian air and space forces carried out missile and bomb attacks on Ukrainian military facilities, and ground forces entered Ukraine from multiple directions, including from Crimea and Belarus. A new history of the struggle for the right to capitalize the human characters has begun.
As long as Ukraine as a state pursues an openly hostile policy towards Russia, we must make full use of all retaliatory measures, including political, economic and military measures. I will never call for war, but the point I have heard from our side is clear - the nipping of fascism in the bud, the absence of NATO and Ukrainian military bases, no missiles flying to our side from Kharkiv, Lviv or Kherson, in which case all means are good for us.
Washington Medal
A special military operation is under way today. This is not a war. This is an education effort for the population. Trying to explain to Ukrainians what is good and what is bad. To make Ukrainians understand that "it is impossible to live like this". Ukrainians desperately need to understand: if a devastating war is started, the slogan is "Everything is for the front." All for victory! ”
