Historical retrospective

However, the 53TP M is one of the exceptions, it was written by Antoniusz Markowskiego, a professor at the Lviv Institute of Technology, which is why the M in its name comes from, and the 53 represents the weight of the tank.
In 1939, the Weapons and Equipment Commission proposed a five-year plan for tank development (1940-1945), which called for the development of a heavy tank for breaking through enemy fortifications, armor that could withstand all the anti-tank guns of the time and weigh no more than 40 tons. However, Comrade Lao Ma came up with a heavyweight plan starting from 50 tons, which was close in size to the later Tiger King, not only with heavy armor (130/100/90mm in hull, 110mm on the front of the turret), but also adopted a sloping armor layout ahead of time.
Yes, the 53TP whiteboard in the game is based on the design sketch above, but it is reduced in size in equal proportions, because "after restoring the historical equipment, I found that there is still a lot of space in the car." At the same time, for the sake of balance, the planned 120mm Wz.1878 howitzer was replaced by a 105mm anti-tank gun. As for the shape of the complete turret, it is completely "pinched" by combining the characteristics of THE/IS-3.

If the VII-level 45TP H still has some "glass cannon" meaning, then the 53TP M is officially a step forward to one of the features of the B series of advanced heavy tanks - the iron head. But apart from the turret, the 53TP M's protection is not enough to see. Due to the armor structure problem, the upper part of the hull can be broken by the same level of heavy tank silver coin bullets no matter how the swing angle is; there is no gap armor on the side, and the thickness is 10mm less than that of the IS-3, and it can only be placed at a small angle within 30 °. It must be noted that its head is a false weakness, not only small in area, but also forced to jump, if you are not familiar with its armor structure, it is really easy to suffer losses!

Even compared with the IS-3, the benchmark of the VIII-level assault heavy tank, the maneuverability of the 53TP M can be remarkable, and the terrain adaptability of the two tracks is the same, but the latter's 40km/h extreme speed and 30/32° per second turret/hull speed are more brilliant, which can rush to the point gun earlier to seize the opportunity, and can effectively prevent being killed by the fast car in close combat. The fly in the ointment is the low power per unit and less flexibility than the IS-3 when maneuvering on rough terrain and small ranges.

Performance summary
Overall, the 53TP M can run and play, as well as the pitch angle, which is quite suitable for the current version environment. Its limitation is that the armor is not very reliable, making it not suitable for the front line to resist pressure, and it is more inclined to 1.5 line rear support. In the wild team, it is natural to be able to rub the thighs of the muscle car, but if you only rely on your own strength against a hard car such as a 252U and a mammoth, it is more disadvantageous. Let's first summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this car (red is the advantage, green is the disadvantage):

If there is any recommendation, the author feels that its 370m field of view is more saved than the S series of "blind people", at least it can also light up the opponent when it is beaten.
