Sennheiser announced the launch of a new true wireless headset called Sport True Wireless that delivers superior audio for fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike. David Holm, Product Manager of Sennheiser Sports, said that every movement during the exercise is a challenge for the earplugs, and for people who like to listen to music while exercising, it is important to be able to focus on the movement without worrying about the earbuds slipping off.
Sport True Wireless is equipped with a 7mm TrueResponse driver whose acoustic system provides excellent sound quality. The unique Adaptive Acoustic function enhances the ambient sound effect for different sports environments, and the two different earbud sleeves are matched, one set of soundproof earplugs suitable for indoor sports, which can be combined with the Focus EQ setting without being distracted by noisy environmental influences, and the other set is an earbud sleeve suitable for outdoor sports, combined with the Aware EQ setting, which can reduce the sound heard on your body when wearing headphones, such as breathing and footsteps.
In addition to the Focus and Aware EQ settings of the Sennheiser Smart Control App, users can make fully customizable presets for their listening experience through the Sound Check feature. Sport True Wireless's intuitive touch controls allow users to set up personalized sounds to their liking and activate audio navigation and voice assistants. Sport True Wireless is Bluetooth 5.2 compatible and supports audio codecs such as SBC, AAC, and aptX, making it easy to stay connected to mobile devices, smartwatches, smart TVs, and wearables for a seamless audio experience.
Sennheiser said Sport True Wireless has started bookings and will be available on May 3, 2022, with a suggested retail price of $129.95 (about 844.9 yuan).
