Aggregate top teams
"Be a neighbor" with a top hotel
The mansion was co-created by Dezer Development and Bentley, designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, which has been responsible for a number of top-notch luxury projects, such as Armani Residences and the equally successful Porsche Tower.

The designers wanted the residence to fit in with all the qualities of Bentley, so Bentley Residences proposed florida's most luxurious area, Sunny Isle Beach, where Hilton, Armani, and Casa also settled.
The building is approximately 227 meters high and has a total of 62 floors. The whole is in the form of a cylindrical figure, and one side of the façade is "opened" by two symmetrical lines, presenting a welcome image with open arms.
The façade is heavily paneled with triangular elements, and half of the façade is made of reflective silver, reproducing the shape characteristics of the Bentley Continental GT.
Once the sunlight hits the triangle, it forms Bentley's signature diamond pattern.
Reflective silver effectively reflects the surrounding landscape, the Miami sky, the sunset and the surrounding tropical landscape, all "reproduced" on the surface of the building.
216 "Diamond" apartments
Priced from 25.94 million
The mansion has a total of 216 apartments, 4 apartments on each floor, providing maximum privacy for the owners.
All apartments are classic "diamond-shaped" to illustrate the innate sense of prestige. There will be a private balcony, swimming pool, sauna and outdoor showers in the residence.
The interior design of the mansion incorporates the luxurious leather and sustainable materials most commonly used by Bentley cars, and the ultimate luxury is based on the protection of the environment.
The residence is divided into two directions, east and west, and the layout of the residences in different directions is very different.
First, let's look at the east side of the residence, the entrance hall uses logs to express the sense of spatial intimacy, and the natural atmosphere spreads natural texture indoors, balancing with the modern luxurious texture.
The residential balcony on the east side has been built into a guest restaurant, and under the guidance of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the distance between life and the sea is invisibly closer.
There are sliding glass doors between the balcony and the real public area, and the transparent texture makes the area superimposed without being obscured.
The bedroom is located at the back of the living room and is partitioned by a glass window. The diamond-shaped pendant in the corner echoes the exterior of the building, and hermès orange home furnishings work together with the blue sea and blue sky on the outside to create a bright private secret.
Based on the spatial contour factor, the private pool and the outdoor activity area are "parallel" to the sea, and the two areas are integrated and do not interfere with each other.
The bar area faces the indoor garage, and the leisurely enjoyment resonates with the pride of owning a car.
The west side of the residence is more oriented to the bustling city. The sunken pool is complemented by a larger outdoor living room than the east side of the arc, greatly upgrading the beachfront experience.
Similar to the east side of the apartment, the designer still uses a large amount of glass as a partition, and each area can enjoy a golden seaside view and refreshing sea breeze.
At the edge, the closed floor-to-ceiling windows are staggered with semi-fenced forms to ensure internal and external air circulation.
At present, the official website says that the residential price starts at $4 million. But with the blessing of excellent geographical and brand influence, the price will definitely soar.
Luxury public area
Cars also have dedicated elevators
Communal facilities include gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, cinema, whisky bar, restaurant and lounge, communal gardens and more.
The fitness room transforms the sea and sky landscape into a "wall curtain". The lounge area is located under the white canopy, the height of the floor is lowered, and the line of sight is also "retreated" from far and near to this relatively quiet space.
Tropical plants and comfortable loungers "snuggle" in front of the grilled walls – the sun rises from behind the sea and casts a golden dust, and the magnificent landscape is the daily life here.
The columns in the hall have a delicate grille texture, which indirectly highlights the atmospheric floor height.
The restaurant's colonnades continue this style, and in the dark green seats, luxury is surging undercurrents, ready to come out at any time.
There is a dedicated car elevator in the residence that can be delivered directly to the owner's home in the high-altitude garage. It is also the second building after Porsche to develop this feature.
The sports field is equipped with advanced technology, so that you can play golf indoors.
As Bentley's first mansion, Bentley Residences made a high-profile name for haute couture. It is reported that Bentley Residences will start construction in 2023 and be completed in 2026, so let's keep looking forward to it until the final results are released!
