Kim Jong-un recalled the historic joint declaration issued by the heads of state of the DPRK and the ROK, which brought hope for the future of the whole nation, and spoke highly of the efforts made for the national righteousness until the end of his term of office.
KCNA reported that the DPRK and ROK heads of state unanimously believe that by making unremitting efforts to hold each other's hopes, inter-ROK relations will be improved and developed in line with the aspirations of the nation, and cordial greetings will be extended to the compatriots of the DPRK and the ROK.
