Comprehensively promote the in-depth integration of party building work and production and operation, enterprises have historically stepped onto the "double tens of billions" stage, and new progress has been made in all aspects of enterprise reform and development and party building. One of the grass-roots party organizations was awarded the "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Gansu Province" and 1 grassroots party organization was awarded the "Advanced Party Branch of Standardization in Gansu Province".

In view of the characteristics of many party members, wide coverage, and great mobility, the pocket book of the "Handbook for compiling the knowledge of the history of the Communist Party of China" was independently compiled, which was welcomed by the majority of party members. Inspired by the spirit of "model of the times", the afforestation activities were carried out in the Eight Steps Sand Farm in Gulang County, and the "Party Member Education Forest" of Gansu Sijian Group was established. Implementing the main responsibility of ideology, we signed the "Commitment to the Safe Use of the Internet" with more than 1,500 on-the-job employees, and strengthened the overall leadership of ideological and network ideological work. Taking system construction and innovation mechanism as a breakthrough, Gansu Sijian Group has compiled and issued 8 reference books on party building practice, such as "Party Building Standardization Management Manual (Trial)", "Compilation of Party Building Systems (Trial)", "Compilation of the Latest Commonly Used Regulations within the Party", "Siming", "Party Branch Work Manual (Trial)", "Party Member Management Manual", "Practical Manual for Project Party Building", "Party Branch "Three Meetings and One Lesson" System Content and Record Specification Examples", focusing on promoting the system system and responsibility system, and effectively improving the level of standardization construction.

——Branding has been significantly improved. It has built the first enterprise party building culture theme park in Gansu Province, and since its opening, it has received more than 30,000 government departments, partners and brother units, and the brand influence of the party building park has been significantly enhanced. Carry out the activity of "pairing branches and holding hands with party members", pair up with 58 branches such as government departments, partners, and fraternal units to build together, and break the "internal cycle" and "open the door" to engage in party building and promote party building innovation through signing agreements, jointly carrying out activities, mutual learning and co-construction. In terms of projects, we will establish a joint party branch of the project with local governments and partners to jointly promote the construction of the project. One party building case was included in the "Compilation of Outstanding Achievements in Party Building and Ideological and Political Work" published by the Party School Press of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and was awarded the "First Prize of Annual Theoretical Achievements", and 1 Party Building Achievement and 1 Party Building Paper were awarded the "Second Prize of Excellent Achievements" and "Second Prize of Excellent Papers" at the First China Industrial Enterprise Management Innovation Conference.

In the past year, the Party Committee of the Group has always regarded the revitalization of talents as the first resource, and fully mobilized the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all kinds of talents.

-- Vigorously grasping the leadership of the "key minority." The middle-level cadres of grass-roots leading bodies, organs, departments, and entities were evaluated, horizontally compared and vertically ranked, the structure of the cadre contingent was adjusted in a timely manner, and a positive incentive mechanism for rewarding the good and punishing the inferior was established. Continue to improve the management library and reserve library of outstanding young cadres, timely supplement the "two libraries", and promote more than 80% of outstanding young cadres throughout the year.

-- Strengthening the responsibility of supervision and discipline enforcement. Combined with the annual comprehensive project management inspection, the grass-roots companies and project departments have carried out political supervision and daily supervision from 6 aspects, and continuously promoted the concretization and normalization of supervision. Persist in strictly administering the party and enterprises, steadily promote the building of party style and clean government, dynamically manage the integrity files of all middle-level cadres and outstanding young cadres in the whole department, and carry out the work of reporting responsibility and honesty and democratic evaluation of the middle-level cadres of the whole department.
