As one of the three overage players, Zhang Yuning of the 97 age group participated in the joint training for the first time with the 99 age group U23 national football team on the morning of April 20. After the training, Zhang Yuning accepted an interview with reporters. For the honor of joining the U23 national football team, Zhang Yuning feels that it is an honor, and more importantly, it gives him another opportunity to prove it.
Zhang Yuning said, "After playing the round of 12, the coaches, including the team leader, and the chairman have successively exchanged views with me, that is, about participating in the Asian Games in September this year, asking me my own wishes. Personally, on the one hand, the Asian Games are very important, and on the other hand, it is held in my hometown, and it is an honor to be able to participate in the competition in front of my father and fellow countrymen. So, I don't have much to hesitate about, and of course I'm willing to participate. ”
For the first joint training that has just been completed, Zhang Yuning said when talking about his feelings: "First of all, I think the whole team is very energetic, I feel that everyone has a very positive attitude, and in training, I can feel that everyone has a willingness to 'fight for every ball'.
